I bought this item and I did not know how to use the charcoal? Do I unscrewed the “blaux” and insert the charcoal inside or do I leave it on the outside?
This product makes noise and it does not let me sleep at night. I only used it 1x and I had been bitten by an insect the next day which I never have in my apartment.
My opinion is a waste of money for this product. I do not recommend it. It's definitely a scam product
