AVOID, I ordered a 28" yellow tree of life, they sent me a 13" black tree of life and said that's what I ordered despite it having the proper one on the invoice, very, very unhelpful, very hard to get an answer, I ended up going through Paypal to get my money back. i can honestly say that this is the WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This company will steal your money and send you nothing, keep promising that your products will be with you soon and then completely ignore you. The products on their website look good but they are just scam artists.
Had exactly same problem with the Cheshire cat but I opened a PayPal case against them and managed to hst some money back scam artists
Total SCAMMERS. I purchased The BLUE/GRAY Cheshire Cat for $40 received a completely different item. It was a Pink Cheshire Cat you can get for $15 at Disney. When I contacted Customer Service & told them I was sent the wrong thing they replied...

After some investigating & search on Google I believe I found the real Artist on Etsy who charges $690 for the product I ordered. My bad for not really thinking it through.
Here's the website I ordered from & the Etsy Store Artist. They used ALL of the same Pics & some of the reviews. I also found a Facebook Page for the main company Broveure.

I also purchased the Chesire cat & received a suer basic cheap stuffed animal nothing like the pic nor the description of what I ordered. I emailed customer service & provided order number, pics of what I ordered versus what I received, picture of the packaging, etc. I’ve been getting responses back in 24 hrs from the same person, just stating that what I ordered os what I received. I’ve put this place on blast with everyone I know. The page clearly states money back guarantee & easy returns, yet they are doing nothing to acknowledge or try to make it right. I’m furious!!!
They are most definitely a scam! Do not order from them
