Bro Grow Shop is a fraudulent website due to the following reasons:-
# BroGrowShop has provided its registered company’s name as Qandies Limited on its “Terms of Service” page. Well, this is not a good thing because lots of scam sites are operating under Qandies Limited such as Cancherry, Seniorgghome, BangBangGadgets, Beulife, Chiclila, Molyday, FastShipTool, TopeStore, BlongDays, HolaTrends, PearlFeet, KusouBuy, BulkggDeals, AllNowTrendy, ModiTown, Chicboho, Kurro, SuperTime and so on. So, this proves BroGrowShop is run and operated by the serial cybercriminal who has multiple scam sites.
# The trust seal logos such as VeriSign and so on that “Bro Grow Shop” has provided on its checkout page send us to the home page when we click on them. However, the real trust seal logos should send us to the official verification webpage of respective trust seal providers to verify those trust seals when we click on them. On top of that, the VeriSign logo has not been used since 2012. The Norton Secured logo is the legitimate seal provided by the same company now, VeriSign no longer issues SSL certificates so there is no longer a valid VeriSign site seal. Only scam sites provide such fake trust seal logos which proves BroGrowShop is a scam.
# Since BroGrowShop hasn't secured its website properly, so if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.
# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

These days there are lots of scam online stores. So, we want to suggest you shop related products only from the renowned online stores like Amazon, eBay and so on in order to save yourself from scams. Or, at least do some research before you purchase anything from unknown online stores.
I ordered 2 products from BroGrowShop.com, I received the gloves with the plastic fingertips for weeding, I also ordered a standing plant root remover. Instead of receiving it, I received a handheld seed remover. I paid for these items on 9th Sept.
I have left an email to them, so am waiting to hear back from them
After reading other people's emails, I was unaware that these people are scammers. I did not on the package that there was a return address of Chullora which is a suburb of New South Wales.
I did order thru the company on Facebook. and have seen several times of these products being sold.
I thought that Facebook was a safe place to buy thru, am going to be more aware of people selling products on here from now on.
Took weeks to get the product I ordered from them. When it finally arrived it was so flimsy it fell apart the first time I used it. I contacted them for a refund and they keep going back and forth with me trying to avoid giving me a refund. Very frustrating. Wish I never would have ordered from them.
I have placed an order on 8th June 2020 with this BROGRO website and since then I have never ever received my order despite so, many request for refund. This BROGRO was introduced by FACEBOOK being regular up-date and subsequently advertised with very attractive product/s knowingly believing that FACEBOOK is the most internet platform in entire universe. And, sad thing they have been advertising good and bad companies without checking their legitimacy.
The transaction money has been transferred via PAYPAL account and also, frustrating that PayPal still active their account to transact. Moreover, it is very hard to get a quick or genuine answer from PAYPAL excusing as COVID 19 low yield stuffs.
Again, this BROGRO has link with another name called Leite Network Technology and their website is hihometools.com
Is anyone can help me how to refund my moneyback as well as warning to others that NOT to transact any thing with this BROGRO OR LEITE NETWORK OR HIHOMETOOLS.COM at all. They are fully scam people.

However, we also suggest you open a dispute via your PayPal account once again and keep on contacting the PayPal support team as many times as you can. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.
I order a product 12/2/2019 and still have not received it on 1/3/2020. They have told me to give it 5-8 business day but that timeframe has come and gone. When you use their funky tracking site, it says that the product has been sitting in China for over 1 month going no where! No refund and no product! Avoid these people and this site like the plague!
In this case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account. Show them this review as a reference.
These guys are a scam.
Do not support them. I ordered a product from them and numerous emails later; nothing. They keep telling me to wait a few more days etc and still nothing.
