What is BroadOutDoors.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling different kind of products under various categories like climbing and bouldering, jeep, military, ski and snowboard, mountain biking, surf and wakeboard and so on. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized BroadOutDoors as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

Its company’s address is mentioned as Xiangxin Road, Shahepu, Gushi County, Henan Province. Google Maps can't find the exact match of the provided company's address since only the partial address match on the Maps which is a general address. So it is clear that the company is trying to hide the information, hence we shall not trust such companies for our online shopping destination.

The email address it has provided i.e. sleadershipint@gmail.com is also a free email address but not its domain specific one and found to be provided by other site like Outdoorshopx.

Copied Content:

Lots of content as well as website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is offering unreasonable discounts and sales offers on the price of lots of products it sells which seems unrealistic. Hence most of the scam sites do so to attract people in their website.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and bogus to be eligible for the return and exchange of items purchased. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. So, it is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support, as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

From the above mentioned facts, we can sum up that BroadOutDoors is one of the scam websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card Company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

  1. This place is posing as an online retailer. They send you IG messages telling you that you've been selected to win a special prize package worth $80 of ski gear, and all you have to do is pay the $24 in shipping. When you pay the money, they send you a cheap item in the mail worth less than $10. In my case, it was a metal credit card multi-tool thing that isn't even ski gear, let alone worth anything close to $80. Don't fall for it.

You can contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, then you can open a dispute via your PayPal account to get a refund.
        Good Luck!

This website is a SCAM. There is no phone number or address to contact the company. All emails to them get ignored. And all negative reviews on products are deleted. Do not purchase from this site.
