Wow I must say I'm impressed with PayPal. I placed a disputed for an item that I ordered 2 days ago with free shipping and supposedly was delivered today by USPS. After researching website looks as if it is a fraudulent website. Submitted dispute to PayPal with invoice and shipping info and such not expecting anything to happen. Literally withing 30 seconds got an email that I won the dispute and would receive my refund with in 5 days. . . WOW.

I ordered a grill from this website. It was a scam. They are using stolen legit tracking numbers for other addresses in your area. I got my money refunded because it was "supposedly" delivered to a different address (which it was not delivered at all) - but the post office was able to verify that it was not delivered to our address. PayPal verified that they are having issues with this type of scam.
I am so disappointed by all of this. I will contact PayPal now to try to get this all canceled. I ordered a week ago and used PayPal but when I signed into the black-stone site I noticed 11 orders for the same items but thank good only one PayPal charge which I will try to cancel before time is out.

Blackstoneusa.com is a scam I got screwed beware your headed down a bunch of claims bank and PayPal I got scammed.. if the deal is to good on internet beware..
I tried this site but was VERY leery of the super low price and the fact that paypal was the only option.
I suspected it was actually trying to get my paypal info so I chose "Pay with credit card as guest".
Of course my card was declined. When I called AmEx they said there hadn't even been an attempted transaction.
That convinced me they were just trying to phish for people's paypal info.
Same thing happened to me and PayPal is no help. They closed the case.
We had this happen and are now disputing it with PayPal. Let's hope we get our money back.
I attempted to place an order since payment was thru PayPal, I thought it must be legitimate. Once I was moved to PayPal to finalize the payment I was then taken back to their site to confirm the order. At that time it said my session time out. They already received payment from PayPal and no order was done. I completed the contract us. Which I got no response. I then got an email from PayPal saying the item was delivered. Keep in mind it said it shipped before I had even ordered. I took the tracking number to my post office and they said they have been seeing this more with scammers, tracking numbers given that go to other people/packages. I'm hoping since I paid thru PayPal I will get my money back. This site is a total scam.
Same thing happened to me. The tracking numbers are for other people’s packages not yours. PayPal ruled against me. I called PayPal customer service and gave them a tracking number profile I got from the USPS office which shows a completely different address. I finally got my money back.
Nola , I had the same situation. I filed a dispute with PayPal and because this scammer provided them with a fake tracking number they sided with them . No way was I going to let it go !!
I had to get the tracking invoice from my post office. I called PayPal after a long wait time I did get the issue resolved . I had to scan the print out from the post office and email it to PayPal . I’ve already received my money back . Good luck to you.
PayPal was a joke when I disputed my claim. They came back saying my case was denied because the seller provided transaction info/tracking number from UPS. I looked up the tracking number and the weight of my Blackstone griddle with air fryer is 0.80 pounds and says was delivered, which I never received anything. They refuse to refund my money. I have reached out to this site via their contact us, no response, tried the customer service email it bounces back..which I even told PayPal, and tried the email address in my PayPal denial for this 'seller' and nothing at all. I have now contacted both UPS to file a claim and have contacted my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM BLACKSTONEUSA.SHOP, this is a total scam and I should have known better. This site needs to be shut down. I am sorry that you too are going through this.
Hi there. The same thing happened to me with this supposed Blackstone company. But because I had USPS check into it I had proof to give to PayPal from USPS that the package was not delivered to me. PayPal immediately refunded my money and saw all the fraudulent statements against this company. Initially they sided with this fake company until i sent my proof. It’s probably not too late if you want to still move forward with getting a refund. Good luck!
