However we found that this company name is used by several other sites like Toyior, BlackTeaBoy, DollsJoy, StuzzyWow, PopularBuyOnline, Friford, Nativenam, WconyTop, Stormarry, Eeaglegoo, Noplum, Cozguy, Tedyfook, BetyWigs, Luvazur, Facing-Mall, Gymshly, Cappotto-Mall, Holiax, Elakeonline, Funoss, Autoine, Elicora, Vifancy, BelleBoots, Goovna, Harleymou, Homassa, Mixluler, Bellepretty, and so on. Google Maps is showing "Regus - Heathrow, Stockley Park, The Square" on the given address instead of any company or Business outlet with the name Kenting Ridge Ltd or BlackFreya.
A legit company always provides a separate company address but not the one used by several other sites. Hence, we shall not trust such an unprofessional site for the online shopping.

It is providing unrealistic sales offers on the products it sells that is too good to be true and only the scam and problematic sites can afford to offer.

That’s so ugly! I got taken by a wig company they had an unreal deal/s! But 2 wigs, get 1 free , the styles were so pretty..copied. I got 3 wigs after a few weeks, they weren’t human hair, they we’re synthetic & made like someone was learning or playing. Never could find them again, contacting was fruitless.
I purchased several items on Blackfreya and received merchandise that was very poorly made and made with poor quality material. I will never wear any of the items . I tried to return my items and was told it was my responsibility to pay the fee to return them. Although the company states it has warehouses in the United States, I was provided with a postal address to return them to China. I was also offered a coupon for my next purchase if I kept the items, why would I want to keep something that I will never wear. I will not be ordering anything else from Blackfreya so they can keep their coupon. This experience has made me skeptical to order from other online shopping sites.
I ordered a dress from Blackfreya.com and fortunately I was pleased with it once it arrived. I read a review before ordering to order a size up because not true to size. I did that and it just fit. I've since ordered the same dress in another color, but went another size up to be safe. The quality isn't great, but for what I wanted it for works fine for me. Shipping takes forever. My package sat at USPS in NY for 7 days.
I ordered from this site on July 19th. I have gotten an e-mail saying it was shipped from new York. I waited 2 weeks then asked where my order is because the tracking says it’s still in New York. They have said to me for a week now it has left their warehouse. But the tracking says it’s still in New York. This is crazy some people are saying their clothing is worth the wait. Your kidding me if it says 8-15 days and I paid for expedited shipping it better be here is 8-15 days. Honestly I thought it was a black business from the models. I like to help and will pay a little more for it. I’m so over it. Will I ever get my clothing? Buyer beware…

Don’t do it I ordered from them finally received my order and the quality of the material and sizing is horrible! If you are a toothpick this is your site! My first and last time ordering from them! Nothing looks like the pictures shown on the website!
I wish I had come here first. Blackfreya got me too. I placed my order June 29th. Finally, on July 16th I received the 4 dresses I ordered smashed into a little bag wrinkled up beyond recognition. 3 of them do not fit, there’s no invoice or tags, so I can’t even send them back without them. They are paper thin and see thru. Fool me once, shame on me.
If you see this website Blackfreya run they are a scam. The clothes are cheap don’t fit and look nothing like they advertise . You won’t be able to get your money back. Wish I had researched more before spending my money. They should some how be shut down for these practices I wish I knew how.
I ordered two dresses from Blackfreya.com on June 2,2021 and I haven’t received my merchandise…YET!!! I’m highly dissatisfied with this matter! I received an email..stating that my order is in Jamaica, NY @ a UNITED POSTAL Office….and it has been saying that for the past two weeks! I paid $71.00 & some change for these dresses!!!! I simply want to warn ANY CONSUMER WHO IS THINKING ABOUT ORDERING FROM BlackFreya!!!!! This is why I was very skeptical about ordering merchandise..ON LINE!!! Please publish my comments so future customers are AWARE of what has transpired with my order!!
