i ordered a 4K 10-300x40mm super telephoto zoom monocular telescope order# 6139 on 8/31/2020 and never received it and the tracking number was somebody else's, they also by passed PayPal so you can't get your money back, lost 45.00
Scam company supported thru Facebook add . They also run the scam right pass Pay Pal and tag you along were you can't get any money back . Don't buy anything from this company at all. You will lose your money. It's only nickel and dimes but imagine how many people have got caught in the scam

I wish I had first read your reviews of the company, Birthmoon. They are totally a fraudulent company. I never received my order or my request for a refund. I have been dealing with this company for the last 6 months. The correspondence they provided from their return e-mail, "support@relatedoubt.com.", are canned comments and it never addressed the questions I ask them to reply to, such as where's my order. I also multiple times requested a refund, only to receive comments like..."your order is own it's way". DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE COMPANY, BIRTHMOON!!!!
ordered camera lens Sept 1, 2020. It is now March 12, 2021. no product. this is a total scam website that steals your money.
Been waiting for my stuff for over 6 months. They stopped replying to my emails when I asked for confirmation tracking number for my order.. Not 1 follow up email from them since..
SCAM!!!!! Promoted by Facebook in their ads I might add by the way...
Did not receive my order of a realistic dog ordered on Dec 9th. Don't know if it's a scam or not.
