I ordered a shoe cabinet one month ago, paid by visa got an email of thank you your order recieved and nothing since. the email is dummy, I finally tracked them down to BENJALYN .COM but they have not replied to any of my mails.
In this case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Explain to them everything.

I have been waiting a month for a table and chairs, 6 emails with no response. I have asked my CC company to dispute the charge.
I should have looked for a review of this company - I ordered an AI Robotic device in November last year and have emailed them monthly asking where is my parcel - they sent me shipped info etc originally but never answered any follow-up mails.
Turns out today I received the smallest bracelet of ZERO VALUE that won't even fit onto a doll. I have been demanding a refund - but they never respond ..Please tell all your friends this company is fraudelent and a scam
Got the same service as you Richard. Bought some pillows on line, never seen them. Got an email as confirmation, never heard from them again. Bunch of crocks!!! Facebook should ban these people from advertising on line.

I got the same email honestly it's not a tracking number this place is a scam . I ordered a vanity from them since August 25, 2023 and I'm still waiting till today and we are September 20th it was going to be a brithday gift . I highly Recommend you get in contact with your bank or how ever you paid .

Ordered gel seat cushion 10/2020. Never received order but card was billed. email stated order was shipped but would not let me track it. Have emailed them but have not received reply. Would not order from them. Facebook should check out dealers before allowed on site.

I order stuff in February 2021, and never received my merchandise. Emailed them numerous times and they never responded. I guess I got a good lesson to check out these on line stores. Not a happy person. Don't order from this company .SCAM

I also ordered the kitchen shelving, never rcvd confirmation email, ship date, tracking #.
I contacted email provided on company website, returned as undeliverable.
I do take screen shots of all my purchases. When I contact my financial institution for a provisional credit (refund) I can provide them w dates, order #s, amount of purchase, copies of returned emails.
Look like I got cheated also. Ordered a multilayer kitchen rack...never arrive...email returned, cannot find their website. Lesson learned!
Simply a scam. Save your money, from any of these sites that promise you anything on Facebook. Facebook should have protected the public at large that answers the advertising they are accepting $$$$ for.

I ordered the seat cushion that they sell, on october 8th 2020. I have never received that cushion. They are the biggest rip off I have ever seen. They need to be shut down permanently.

this company is a scam, I ordered something 10-12-2020 and still have not received any thing and they will not return an email.
Benjalyn. I placed an order six months ago, never received anything, other than a tracking order that cant be tracked. I emailed them 10 times, never a response. Looks like I am losing my money, and who knows what else, since they have my credit card info. BEWARE!!!
