The email address it has provided i.e. aftersale@giantbeetech.com also doesn’t belong to its website domain name and found to be used by other sites like StylingWorkShop, Pexonly, PexonlyShop, SplenShop, NeatixShop, Suraging, DonnasyShop, Asnods, and so on.
It has provided address from China but on its Terms of Use page it has mentioned its Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK. How can one country's company's law be governed by the laws of other country?

It is offering unreasonable discounts and sales offers on the price of lots of products it sells which seems unrealistic. Hence most of the scam sites do so to attract people to their website
Copied content:
Its website theme, website content and lots of other details match with multiple scam sites
Returns and Exchange:
It has a Return Policy that looks bogus for the return and exchange of items purchased. So, it is evident that these kinds of sites are not willing to fully or partially refund back the amount.
Customer Complaints and Delivery:
The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this store is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

I ordered my puzzles in March and have not received them and its now November. I learned my lesson and will not order from a website until I check further into the address.
Bought puzzles and they were never delivered and have contacted company multiple times with no response... scam!
Unfortunately I ordered puzzles from Biibiibo and my credit card has already been charged Do I have any recourse?
In order to get a refund, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account.
