I ordered a pair of Orthopedic Support Shoes, and they were the wrong size. I couldn't get in touch with the refund or exchange department. I got a card with the shoes, thanking for my order and gave me a E-mail address to return or exchange my order. Of course, this looks like a scam. I feel bad because I can't afford to through away $44.14.
I purchased a cute interactive bear they advertised on their site for my great granddaughter birthday ….what I got was a bear very poorly made and much smaller than the one they showed on the site. It was not at all what they advertised and the only “interaction “ was to press its foot and it played the baby shark song. I am sooooooo mad. It also came with a small thank you card with no phone number and only web address that is bogus. I paid through PayPal so I am hoping they can refund my money
I ordered the orange drone which came as a toy in comparison to wut they advertised it kindof flew in the house but no control.i took it out side and it flew up bout 100' and went straight back to china in a hurry. What a scam! I ordered a product for Christmas, it arrived, extremely damaged. This business, Happy Shop, knows how to con with enclosing a card telling how to get a refund by returning damaged items. Sounds good… just a scam. Now we have to contact our bank and make a report.
I ordered a fur hat and it does not fit my head, it is too small. You want money to have it returned. This is a completely wrong and asking for my card information can only be fraudulent. I simply want to return this item and have my money paid out returned. I will NEVER buy from this place again.
