I ordered a Benchmade knife with a serrated edge and they sent one with the plain edge. I asked them to correct the mistake and they said it was the warehouse's fault and couldn't correct it but would give me a discount on another knife. They refuse to correct THEIR mistake!
benchmade just told me benchmadestore.com is a counterfeit site i pd them 106.00 for a griptilian thru paypal everything on that website was taken from benchmade without permission
is there any verified evidence this website is selling knock offs or fakes ?
BenchMade Store led me to believe that that I was buying directly
from Benchmade Knife Company. Shame on me. Only immediately after I submitted my credit card purchase did I realize that I was mislead. I contacted my bank, which was absolutely no help as I had authorized the purchase even though it was from a scam company. The poser company does use PayPal however. I opened a PayPal account and within the day I got an email from the poser company saying that my order was cancelled. PayPal has impressed me at every turn.
