Me too Jennifer! I had my mom order some pokemon card fory son for xmas and it was one of his favorite gifts that NEVER came! My mom said the same thing as she was following the tracking and one day it said it was delivered it was never delivered! COMPLETE SCAM! I couldve died when I seen how disappointed my son was that it didnt come and wish I knew where or how to find these lowlife cowards as I'd go back to jail or prison to teach these Pieces of garbage a lesson!!Just pathetic and sickening! This company is a FRAUD!!! You will NEVER receive your product. Not only did I not receive the product that supposedly shipped from China and delivered in the US in less than a week! Haha I never got it! I also had two large purchases that someone tried to make coincidentally right after I purchased from them! Thank God my bank was on top of it and stopped the transactions!! This company is a scam. They provide an address of a shared office space, but the shared office has no record of them using the office. They provide a New York address, but California number. They have two generic “Outlook” email addresses. If they were legit, they would have a their own email. Also, their policy page provides contact information for boutiquelyfe, so that may be their other company of the website they copied and pasted their information from. Pictures are stock photos from other sites. Their product counters / inventory tracker is not accurate and changes each time when you refresh the page, but actually cycles through a set number of “in-stock” quantity numbers. Also, they are not located in the US. They are actually in China and will using fake China Post tracking numbers for their transactions for PayPal. There have been complaints filed with the FTC about this company.

I ordered something beginning of Nov. just went to the site because I never received it and the site is closed. So I contacted PayPal and they were able to refund my purchase in full. Thank goodness.

I ordered 6 dollhouses and paid $350 via Paypal. I just looked and their website no longer exists. The tracking number I was given says it was delivered via China Post 9 days ago. I live in the US. Spent $19.92 on Climbing Santa for my daughter, received a tracking number. Followed the Chinapost track for 18 days with the tracking number that was provided. It claimed it was delivered. I felt like an idiot when I didn’t see the package.

Bogus. No confirmation email so I screenshotted my confirmation page just in case. Charged via PayPal by a Chinese no name company. Now we have to dispute the charge. Shame on me. I knew it was too good to be true.

Ordered 2 of the Magic Mixie Cauldrons for my granddaughters Christmas gifts. Of course they never arrived. Luckily, they had used Pay Pal to process my payment. They had run them through Pay Pal using the guest option, so the transactions never showed in my actual Pay Pal account. I called Pay Pal customer service and asked to speak with an agent (live customer service). When I gave the agent the transaction number he was able to pull it up and discovered they had given me a fraudulent tracking number. He determined it was a scam and gave me a full refund!

I ordered Pokemon cards a month ago. I can't get any replies. And these are coming from china! My husband warned me that the address in New York sounded bogus since there are no warehouses on that street in New York. Today when I go to the website I'm getting a notice that says the shop is closed! I got charged through paypal.
