I definitely agree. Do not waste your money. They never reply to you, you never receive your product, and never get a response from their customer service. I bought a silent wheel for my hamster, after my purchase I got a receipt by email with a fake tracking number. You can't click on the link to review your purchase, even if you copy and paste the link your browser will never find it! Barowsa is a fake website don't try it!
