I order a product and paid in full on March 7 2021 and still has not received anything. They took my money.

I purchased a composting machine from Barbarally. I have been waiting for one mont and a half and I have not received my product yet and it looks like I am not going to receive it, because there is no way to contact this Barbarally place.
Today their website address brought up an online company named KESHISM. I tried to buy the composting machine in February. Still have not received it, so will contact my credit card company and block any charge from them. Appreciate that I have found your information.

It’s almost one month but still waiting for my product named easily transform your waste into compost .. I think I lost my money ?.I think company is scam . I will never order anything from such company like barbarally club company specially from Facebook..

I purchased this composting machine from these people. I waited for a few months and finally received a packet of garbage bags instead. I put in a complaint and they offered me a discount on a product that I didn't receive. in a reply email they advised me that I had better accept the offer of a discount OR pay the $26 to return the packet of mini garbage bags to Hong Kong. I emailed them 7 times and they kept putting the offer up by a few dollars, in the end I phoned my bank and they contacted the seller and a refund was put into my account immediately. On the PayPal invoice the wording was "A greener world". no mention of the composting machine that I paid for at all, so this made it difficult for PayPal to understand and I could not give them the website details as it was bought through a FB ad and no invoice was sent to me, other than the PayPal receipt. I really would of liked the composter. I just purchased another product not realising it was the same company and instead of a pop up car tent, I received a set of plastic tent pegs and the same saga happened again. They offered me a discount instead of a refund., and the saga continues.
