I had ordered begining of the year 4 privacy fences and said that they were delivered to my home which never happened. My card was credit the amount that balloonwell took from my card. I am now being told by them that my order is waiting to be sent to me which i did not order anything from the same order that was never delievered charging my account 156.00.. I don't want it their a scam company
This site is a scam! I ordered items in February and was given a tracking number. When I tracked the shipment it showed delivered, but not to my zip code. I contacted seller and was told they had given me the wrong tracking number. I requested cancellation, or a new tracking number and was told it was in transit and would receive information from shipping, but after dozens of emails and the same generic responses as of 07/16 I have never received the items. DO NOT BUY!!

I ordered 4 hummingbird feeder bars. WISH I'd seen this website first!!! The charges came to $55.97…TOTAL. They dinged my Pay Pal account for $64.37. The product is crap. This feeder wouldn’t pass muster at the dollar store, seriously!
It doesn’t contain the features shown on the website at all. I see now that BALLOON WELL actually lifted the images for their website off of AMAZON! Isn’t there a law against that?

This is after several days of me supplying her pics of the product and also asking to be refunded for the incorrect debit amount.
DONT buy from BALLOONWELL! They are a scam! We ordered the ivy privacy fence and WHAT A JOKE! We got half of what we ordered and it was maybe 10 inches tall and 12 inches wide! I’m out $103 but I learned my lesson!

After reading these comments, I wrote the company and got the same "they sent it to the wrong address" response. I then filed a complaint with PayPal and we are getting our money back
First, I received this item months after I ordered & when it finally arrived, the size is way to small than advertised. It wouldn't even cover the bottom railing never mind the whole porch.
ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is no phone number, and when I emailed, they sent this message "We are so sorry for this case.

I, too, ordered more than one privacy fence o. March 2, 2021, and I have yet to receive anything other than a confirmation number. After reading these comments, I will try to contact the company to see if I will ever receive my order. Yes, BEWARE!!!! they definitely are a scam!! I ordered one of their privacy fences, and it was a joke! Two-inch spaces offering NO privacy whatsoever. What is stated there for all of your customers to see is either fraudulent, and must be reported, or you need to return the full amount that I paid.

If you are not going to return the full amount that I paid, I would suggest that you put me in direct contact with one of your managers there because I don’t think they are going to be very happy with the next steps that I am going to take.
If I do not hear back within 24 hours, that I will be receiving a full refund, I am moving forward with what I stated previously, along with additional steps, including-filing a report with the Better Business Bureau, multiple Consumer Protection agencies, and Attorneys that protect consumers, and I will post numerous negative reviews across as many online platforms as I can find.
This is not about the money. It’s about the principal-your dishonest business practices, and that matters. You cannot lie to people in your ‘’Return Policy’ and then steal there money. At least be honest and say “No Returns Allowed’ All Sales are Final’. I would not have a problem with that.

This company is a scam. I ordered the ivy screens ($67) and they are listed as delivered but I did not receive them. The tracking number was nonexistent when I clicked on it and I got "suspicious IP" address.

Do not buy this! It’s so small it fit in my mail box. After waiting a month to have it shipped from China, I’m stuck with it. Would have to mail it back to China.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE- THIS IS A SCAM- Ordered the greenery privacy fence and wish I found these reviews before my purchase. They show to be 48x16" but come 12x12 and hardly have any leaves on them. Horrible experience and customer service. Working with AMex to get my $ back!!
I only purchased one screen back in early March and the tracking number says it was delivered to my front door on 22nd March but I have never seen it. It seems to be a scam company sadly.

How do we get them off the web
I have just filed a complaint with PayPal and then I made a comment here. Within 30 minutes I have heard from PayPal that I will be getting a full refund of my money! Wow! If you used PayPal be sure and challenge these folks. Thanks Paypal!
I am having the same issue with this company as stated by others. Bogus replies about sending to wrong address, tracking number that does not function. I have asked PayPal to refund me as well as to discontinue to work with this outfit.
Balloonwell is a poor excuse for a company. I ordered 5 ivy screens. They arrived but it took 2 months to get here. Their video shows a product that is as tall as a deck railing but mine was 15” high. It is so flimsy and cheap looking and doesn’t cover anything. It did me zero good to reach out to the customer service. Never again!

I am guessing that them giving you a tracking number that ends up being the wrong address is part of their scam because that is what they did to me. The tracking number was a package for another person in my town. When I reached out to them they claim it is a system error and my order is on its way. English is very poor. If you got scammed report them to the USPS - they have a place on the USPS website, post on facebook to warn other and report them to the attorney general's office in your state so others aren't scammed

Anyone interested in ordering from Balloonwell, save your money. I ordered 15 of the ivy screens and they were delivered to the wrong address. Their customer service sucks and I have been waiting two months now. I am out $130 and now I realized they delete bad reviews so they only get good ones showing on their balloonwell.com home page and their multiple Facebook pages.
