What is Azzlee .com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling fashion and clothing products such as tops, beachwear, bottoms, dresses, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Azzlee is found to be one of the doubtful sites because of the following facts on its website:

Company Address:

The company’s address of this online store is provided on its Contact Us page as Haiguang Building, No.33 Shuixian Road, Siming District, Xiamen. There is no business with the name Azzlee that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps. Instead, other businesses are mentioned over there. Its contact phone number is also missing from the website. This makes very clear that it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Although its provided address is from China, on its Terms And Conditions page it has mentioned its Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. This is completely a mismatch information. After all, why any company from China will be governed by the laws of France?

Security of the website:

It has provided the fake trust seal logos of McAfee at the bottom of its website and Norton on its Checkout page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell lots of products at heavy discount rates. You should know that these days mostly scam sites are offering such huge discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return and Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. It has stated that the return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Considering the aforementioned facts, it can be concluded that Azzlee is one of the suspicious websites.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

  1. I received my goods within 3 weeks of ordering.
I ordered 1 size up as I know some online items can be on the smaller size. The tops I bought are for a size 12/14 and not the stated 18/20 they were also paper thin and very see through.
The shorts are way too tight.
I have sent emails to the company asking for return address so I can send the order back for a full refund, I was offered a 40% refund and I could keep my items. Why would I want to keep something that doesn't fit. I have sent 2 more emails asking for returns address, not having any luck at all.
Wish I'd done some research on this company.
Please don't buy from this company.
Takes your money with no sign of paying it back.
    Discusting and unethical custome services.

  2. I ordered three items through Ezzlee on March the 8th. It is now April 3rd and I have still not received my items. I was told one item was out of stock and I would have a refund shortly. The refund has never shown up and the tracking number they gave me to track my ship was of no help whatsoever. This is a scam company and I will be taking legal actions to get my money back. Illegal actions May cost more than my refund but it's for the principal that I don't want them scamming other people.

  3. Terrible customer service. Bought a top. The length is shorter than advertised. Tried to get a refund and they refuse to give me 100% back and pay for shipping. I have been going back and forth with them for weeks. I would definitely not recommend them.

  4. I'm in the trying process of seeking a full refund on items received. I now wish I'd researched fully, instead of impulse buying. The only positive is that I've actually been responded to quite promptly. I'm in Australia & as the dispatch was from New South Wales, I had expected few problems in waiting... After a few responses that 2 out of 3 items were out of stock, they even asked a few times if I wanted a refund before deciding to wait each time. This gave me a false sense of security, making it seem ok to wait. From the first 'out of stock' response I noted that on Facebook, each time I saw their advert, they continued selling those items that were OUT OF STOCK!
IS THIS PRACTICE EVEN LEGAL, IN AUSTRALIA?
When the items eventually came, 3 MONTHS later, the quality was cheap, with a serious flaw in lace on one shoulder of a top & the fit was poor (even after choosing a larger size when reviews said to expect small sizing)..
Supply might be on Australian shores but that's where it stops. I see they are made in Asia, then shipped to Australia, but the refund point is the furthest possible, in USA??
They still haven't provided an address, even though I insisted on an Australian one I see, as per the dispatch from NSW. They've now offered a part refund of about a third, then a second, slightly higher refund..
This is still no assurance that one will even be provided & is UTTER BS!
