Well where do i start...i orderd aset of pop up cards on 22.2.23.... for easter.
Two werks ago i thought they should have arrived its over the 20 days they said my cards would arrive. So i contacted them the replied many times saying they were deliverd on 27.2.23.. by hermes...now evry but they sent hermes germany number and said i must contact them. With a false delivety number i have tryed to trace..nk such delivery nuber exist...today my 10th e mail arrived with a copy of a delivery label dated 4th april not 27th feb . I have asked for a refund with no joy and argued over 12 e mails that they were scammers to no evail.... sk today im giving up on my 23 pound pluss posting and will not buy on line againe so yes its a scam.
I purchase 2 wide leg jumpsuits size 4xl and 3xl ain't no way they are the size they stated on their website. There's no stretch in them and no zip or buttons to get them on just a tiny neck hole to get your whole 4xl body into the suit. I asked for a refund via email and was just brush off saying just give them to someone else so you aren't losing out. Well I am losing out because I paid £58.18 for the pleasure of these horrible jumpsuits. The material is horrid to the touch and they have no stretch in them. After the email joke, I went to Pay Pal, It's still on going with PayPal they've offered me $8 refund now but have told me I have to foot the bill for a return to China, costing around £37. I don't think so. I'd then be out nearly £100 for to crappy jumpsuits.
So very angry first thing this morning I started to look into Attendaily.
Turns out my parcel wasn't sent from China it was sent from Idaho Falls USA, or so the emails tracking system they sent me says.
Also they have an address in the UK which is LANDBASE TRADING CO LTD 146a Whitchurch Road, Cardiff, Wales, CF14 3N.

I looked it up on google maps, it's a flat above a hair stylist.
Lots of other people have complained about them and their shockingly bad products and not being able to receive refunds. I feeling a complaint into trading standers coming on.
I will not rest until I have my money back !!!
