I ordered 3 of the most incredible (unbelievably so..) Dream Boxes. Waited and waited, finally last month I received a mysterious package with a child cutlery set. In gold metal, in a starry blue packet. NOT what I was looking forward to! SCAM. I don't know how they were able to advertise for so long, a seemingly legit ad on Facebook. What controls does Facebook have over its advertisers? Can they be taken to task?
I ordered 2 "Special Discount " Dream Boxes on Jan 19 and was surprised at how quickly I received my order! Yesterday Feb 13 I got a small pkg in the mail...it was a dessert spoon and fork! I emailed the address given, usservice@tocontactus.com, but no reply yet. I will call my credit card company and get that reversed.
I purchased the dream box from this website, and upon checking my order details. It shows to have been delivered but was not. I have received nothing from them. I currently have emails sent to currier that has the shipping details, but have heard nothing back!! Now the status of delivered item is now being investigated and upon looking into their business name I have come upon this information that this is a scam website or store..... what is it that I need 2 do going further because of course a payment was received & processed the day of order? Any information or advise would be appreciated very much!!!
