These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. Totally Bogus. What they advertise and what you get are two different things. Tried to return the item to China and the postage is more than the price of the item. 🙁

Scam. Fraudulently charged me. Good reviews are paid for .
This company is a scam. The shoes arrived, too small. Tried to get a refund, took them 3 weeks to respond via email. Given reason was they were on Chinese vacation. Gave a Georgia address to return shoes. One day later I noticed my bank statement had some fraudulent activity, my bank card that I used to purchase the shoes online had been hacked and used in Georgia and Texas.
BEWARE!!!
I ordered shoes and received them in a timely manner. My bank questioned the bill as it was a Taiwan company. I am happy as the shoes are nice and every time I wear them I get many compliments

Arkget is real. Customer service is excellent. Shipping is fast.
Who did you contact in customer service? They do not have a phone number and their business address does not exist.
I got my order. About 15 days.
Confirmed: this product was listed as “leather”. Instead, I received a pair of plastic shoes. Junk
I recently ordered from arkget. I was concerned because they are shipping from Hong Kong. After 3 weeks I did receive my sandals. So I did get my product.
I get refund last week. They provide free return for me. The shoes are nice!
