Same here! I ordered back in Dec. 2022 and received a tracking number. Cast iron set was "SUPPOSELY" delivered to an address in Arkansas when clearly NC was on the shipping label!
I ordered the set of pans on 01/01/23 and paid $29.99 with my bank debit card. I never received the order, got a proof of delivery to Rio Rancho, NM (I live in Texas). I have emailed multiple times. I got a response that said I’d have to contact the company that delivered the package. Not surprisingly, they did not respond to my email. I contacted my bank to see if I could do a chargeback and was told that I authorized the payment at the time of purchase, so I can’t do that. So…I’m out $29.99. Lesson learned.

I ordered on 1/4 and the tracking number they gave me was delivered to Colorado while I live in California. And any email that I get from them tells me to be patient with them while they work to fix this.

I was scammed by this company & I was everyone’s to know , they are nothing but scammers, I lost my money in December as well! Facebook , please remove them from used your Facebook to scam people, out of their money ! I ordered in December and could never get a response, got a shipping notification finally but couldn’t really get a clear idea where the package was. All of a sudden I get a notification that my package has been delivered to PR…I live in Alabama. Again attempted to contact company via email and no response. Opened case with credit card fraud department and all of a sudden I got a refund! They are scammers!!!!

I ordered a set of Dutch oven pots on 12/27/22 and it’s now 1/1/2023 and it states order will arrive in 2/3 weeks and I haven’t received my order as of yet I’ve always been told if something sounds too good to be true then? So I guess so, I’m contacting my credit card company to have them cancel this order, and they have the nerves not to have a contact phone number what Business these days and time that don’t have a number to call ?

I ordered the 20 piece set on December 23rd. I never heard from them until after 3 emails. They sent a generic response. Then a tracking number. It claims my order was placed properly with an individual in Alaska. I live in Oklahoma! This is a complete scam.

I got scammed as well. Who wouldn’t want a nice cast iron set right? Well, don’t fall for it because these people aren’t legit. Save yourself the headache of having to go to the bank and dispute this fraudulent company. That’s time and money wasted, NEVER AGAIN!!
I order the pot set Dec. 14th but never received them.
I responded to the email for delivery of the cookware. They claim it is for customs tax. Do not do not fall for it, they got my credit card info and before I knew it they had got me for over $600. I had a sneaky feeling and checked my credit card, sure enough FRAUD. Please don't fall for these scams and only only use trusted online retailers.

Thank You for doing all this research for people like me who are not really well informed on computers. I was scammed once about free give-away-tvs from Walmart and I canceled it but I had put in all my information and they tried to scam my card for 2 thousand dollars all around the United States. Thank the Lord I had a credit card that was able to reimburse my money. I have been very cautious since then. I look at specials but if it doesn't seem right. I ask on the internet if it's real.
