I have sent them 7 emails in 41 days and although they replied in the beginning, they have yet to refund me the two puzzles I bought 8 months ago and which they never sent. I know they never sent them because this was my 2nd purchase with them and they did not send me confirmation and tracking numbers like they did for the first one. They have pretty much stolen US$50 from me, which is a lot of money where I'm from.
Thank you for this information, I thought it seemed too good to be true. I have been going in and out of their website for a few days trying to decide if I should chance it. This morning I saw an email from them offering another discount of 20%. I almost bought then but decided to look at reviews first and saw your site. I think I’ll look for something else.
