Alpinelayer complaints Alpinelayer fake or real Alpinelayer legit or fraud | De Reviews

So let’s start with the AlpineLayer review:

AlpineLayer is an online shopping store that is selling different kind of fashion products like outerwears, sweaters, thermals, accessories, hats, bottoms, shirts, hoodies, crewnecks and so on. However, there are so many things you must know about Alpine Layer before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized AlpineLayer as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address and contact phone number of AlpineLayer is missing on its “Contact Us” or anywhere else on its website whereas legit companies always provide such information on their websites. So it is clear that the company is trying to hide the information, hence we shall not trust such companies for our online shopping destination.

It has also placed double policies i.e. Return/Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service etc. one at the bottom of the website and the other at its Checkout page. Legit companies never do so which may create confusion to the customers and may also have legal issues.

Copied Content:

Lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Likewise it has mentioned the website and domain name of some other website on its second Terms of Service etc. pages placed on the Checkout page i.e. Offtrail Gear or but it has not provided any details about its link with that website whereas legit companies always mention their connection with other sister websites if any.

Discount and Sales offers:

AlpineLayer is offering unreasonable discounts and sales offers on the price of lots of products it sells which seems unrealistic. Hence most of the scam sites do so to attract people in their website.

Returns and Exchange:

AlpineLayer has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and bogus to be eligible for the return and exchange of items purchased. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. So, it is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to AlpineLayer is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites. Alpine Layer may cheat the buyers by sending the fake or very cheap quality products other than what it advertises on its website.

Our Final Verdict:

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Above are some of the realities we have shown you after our research on how AlpineLayer and similar type of companies are doing their business and how they are scamming the people.

Nevertheless, we have come up with the conclusion that AlpineLayer is one of the suspicious websites and we do not recommend it because they seem to be cheating their customers very smartly. We recommend you not to make any purchases from this website because either they will not deliver you the product or will deliver such a quality product that is not worth your purchase value.

Hence we recommend you to cross-verify about AlpineLayer to find out if it’s a scam or a legit company. We really hope you understand our review on what Alpine Layer is all about and feel free to share your views about this company in our comment section below by providing your own reviews.

  1. Definitely a scam.
I did receive my order, exactly the same as in Annet’s comment.
The product is definitely NOT worth the price.

When trying to return the product I got this:
“I’m sorry to hear you wish to return your order. Please note that we are not accepting returns/refunds during our Closeout Sale. However, I’d like to make an exception for you and give you a store credit.”

For what? For a next poor quality item? Thank you very much 🙂
My only regret is that I didn’t find this review sooner.

    Best regards.

  2. I did receive my order, it was a cheap hoody made in China, the description on the site was cotton/polyester, it was actually 100%polyester, the fur pile lining was not soft but a shorter pile, cheap and nasty material. Wrong size sent, Not worth sale price at all. All my comments to their Facebook page were removed and I have been blocked. My review on their website was removed. Reminder to self, if it looks too good to be true…. it is ….!!!

  3. Definitely a scam.

Very cheap garments (£6-8 on AliExpress) from China of poor quality being misleadingly advertised at £40 “on sale” from a list price of £140 (having never been sold at that price) on a website that has been running less than two months and provides none of the required company information in their Contact page or Terms and Conditions

      1. Hi, I recently received an order from them, the clothes for me were 100% polyester when I was told they were high quality fabric. Fabric feels awful, such a waste of money for me Arrived in 2XXXL size when I asked for M. I would advise not to bother with them
