I had the same problem as another customer. Shoes are too big and they won’t let me return for an exchange. Told me to gift them to a friend. Offered me $8.00 US refund on 2 pair of shoes. Told them they had the worst customer service and that it was an insult to offer me that amount. I was told that is the best they could do. Lesson learned. Stay away for businesses from China.
I ordered shoes and received them. Their website says they have a return and refund policy. These are terrible quality shoes that are not usable - the material bends and cuts into your foot when you take a step and they feel like they are about to fall apart after one use. When I asked for a refund it was denied. Don't throw your money away and buy from this site.
I ordered boots, then arrived but were two sizes larger than I order. After a back and fourth with customer service they replied ‘ Will it be possible to give them to others?’ as they didn’t want to change out sizes. Wouldn’t not recommend this store.
I just received the shoes (2/28/2023) that I ordered on 1/17 and supposedly shipped on 1/18. I tried to cancel the shoes about 3 minutes after hitting the send button and they told me it was to late to cancel I'm not sure where these shoes came from, however, on the shipping tracking it appears that they came from China. The shoes have the most horrible rubber smell, in fact, I had to put them outside so the smell would not stink up my house. Horrible service, horrible product . If anyone besides the seller reads this or can read this Please do not buy any of this sellers products.
Paid never got item many times I email and no response it’s a scam
They never emailed me back after many attempts paid still yet to receive it there scamming people.
