I want to report them so badly .
I bought some headphones from this company as they were very cheap, but the quality was low as they had no bass (only treble).
I wrote to the company complaining about the low quality of the product and they replied immediately and offered me a 20% refund without having to return the dodgy headphones. I was quite impressed with this response as it was quick and efficient.
Perhaps this is a site selling low quality goods, rather than a scam site? Maybe their modus operandi is to offer a partial refund to anyone who complains, assuming that most people won't?
