Zolucky Review: What is Zolucky? Scam or Legit?

Searching for the Zolucky Review? Well we have tried to provide you the real picture of this website in the simplest way we can in the below review section. Let's figure out what this online fashion store is all about, whether a Zolucky scam or a trustworthy company.

Zolucky complaints. Zolucky fake or real? Zolucky legit or fraud?

What is Zolucky?

It is an online shopping store that offers tops, dresses, bottoms, coats, shoes, home and garden items and several other fashion items. As per their website theme, they are an online fashion store but they are selling lots of other items like waterproof phones, photo string lights, stainless steels, food items and so on. These kind of activities is never done by legit online fashion stores. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Zolucky as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

First of all, the company address has not been provided in their "About us" details. Moreover, there is no "Contact us" details which is always provided by the legit company. So it is clear that the company is trying to hide their information.

Secondly, if you check their “Terms and Conditions” details, you can find that it has mentioned their parent company’s name and address as BTREE Limited :20H, 39 Mark Road, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, Buckinghamshire United Kingdom HP2 7DN. Let's tell you that there are several other suspicious and problematic websites which are operating under BTREE Limited such as Coolkatty, Makeyouchic, Chilmia, Momoslife, and so on. So we strictly don’t recommend Zolucky for any kind of online shopping.

Companies operating under BTREE Limited have so many customers’ complaints about the quality of products. They deliver the very low quality products or different products other than they advertise in their website. The product value is also much higher than the quality of product they deliver. Secondly, the delivery time of products as well as the customer support is also very poor as per the buyers.

It has a Returns and Exchanges Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and useless which says that the items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging to be eligible for the return and exchange. BTREE Limited companies even make customers pay for the refund i.e. return shipping cost of the product which is almost non-refundable. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from them.

The payment gateway icons like VISA, PayPal etc.as placed at the bottom of the page are not clickable as in other suspecious site.

It is offering huge discount and sale deals i.e. above 25% on the price of lots of products they sell which a legit company never do.

We found that the product images used by this online store for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that it has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that Zolucky is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

If this is such a bad site, why are you literally advertising for them on here? Don’t you see the hypocrisy of this? While I appreciate your site, this is stupidity.

I have read all the reviews and I don't understand why so many people had probs with Zolucky. I have ordered twice (tee shirts) from them....Everything was as described on their website...As for sizing, I used the size chart supplied. I will agree hat shipping is very slow....Yes, a lot of their stuff is cheap polyester, but it's plainly in the item description. As for returns there are very few companies/sites that offer FREE return shipping. Including those TV shopping channels...

I place an order for $196.93 and all the sizes of the blouses delivered were wrong even when I followed their chart size to the T. They did not want to refund the money because some blouses were on sale, but they offered a 40% and at the end 50% dscount on the merchandise that was not on sale.
They did not offer any other alternative, they just demanded that the blouses that were not on sale be shipped back to China. There is nothing on their website that shows that this company is in China. They have an address in England, but nothing shows that the merchandise will have to be returned to China. I am very careful when I place orders and confirm that they are not shipping from China and that the business is not located in China because they are always lots of issues with companies selling and located in China.
If you go through their website you will confirm that there is nothing showing that this company's location is in China and that the returns must be mailed to China, This company is a complete fraud. I lost all of my money, so please do not buy from this company, they are scammers and thieves.
Again, Zolucky never refunded the amount I paid, and as previously stated just offered to discount the first time 40% and finally 50% of the amount paid, which I did not accept, because of the fact that none of the blouses fit me, so why should I accept a 50% discount for the blouses purchased at regular price, not the ones that were sale. Why should I pay a lot of money to return 2 or 3 blouses purchased at regular price for something that I will not be able to wear?
I just donated all blouses to one of the agencies that work with battered women. I will keep posting my awful experience and explain the type of fraud this company is until they lost all of the buyers. Now I've learned that they are selling through Amazon and I will post the same information on Amazon. This Chinese company is a disgrace, and the government s doing nothing to put a stop to these Chinese companies stealing and defrauding consumers.

User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THIEVES.

I was in the car and this site popped up. I ordered 12 items before seeing the reviews moments later! Dummy me! I immediately sent an email to their CANCEL order and it said that someone would contact me in 24-48 hours. They will have processed the order by then and there is no way to cancel. Rather convenient wouldn't you say? I did a live chat with Charman. I was told that they were preparing my order. "Why was I canceling? Any chance I would keep order? If I kept the order, we will compensate you with one of these options. 15% refund of keeping order or a $5. off coupon on next order." On next order - are they crazy? Which would I prefer. I said neither. Full credit. I had only placed the order moments ago and they were not preparing my order. It hadn't even been shipped. Then I got a reply that they were canceling my order and it will take 2-4 weeks for a refund. I said that I would be checking and notifying credit card company. I immediately looked on my banking credit card account and saw the pending payment. Not sure that I can stop it, but I will call in the morning and do my best to cancel and put a warning on my account. One comment on Youtube said that they use your credit card info and pass to others. I see several addresses for the business - UK, San Francisco, Hong Kong. If I had seen Hong Kong, I would have known. I saw that address after reading several pages and doing investigating. I purchased a top one time that came from Hong Kong. What a joke, Poor fabric and would fit a 3 year old child. It was for a 60 year old adult size 14!

  6. I ordered a dress and they charged my credit card immediately. one week later and I finally went to the web site and found that it was back ordered. I requested that my order be cancelled and my credit card be credited. They said a notice would be forthcoming in twenty four hours. no notice. I sent another email to them. I guess my money went down the toilet. I wish I had red these comments before ordering. They are a true scam company

I've ordered twice with them with extreme discounts. The quality is not great, but the clothing is very decent. Like one-season decent. I got one pair of pants and a bunch of t-shirts and blouses. Honestly, not great stuff, but i didn't feel scammed. The clothing is serviceable. Delivery was long on some items and quite quick on others. Every single item came. (total of about a dozen with the 2 orders). I would order again if i had the need. The XL sizing was adequate for me.
