What is Zerbar.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling multiple products like casual dresses, tops, dresses, two piece sets, tees, blouses, sweatshirts, sweaters, cardigans, vacation dresses, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Zerbar as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

It has provided its parent company’s name as XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD. However, there is no any business with the name XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD or Zerbar that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps, instead, there is another business with the name Safeguard Mortgages Limited has been mentioned on/around this address on Google Maps. Not only that but it has provided the screenshot of this parent company name and address than directly writing on its website which is mostly done by scam site when they copy-paste the address of some other company so that no one can find their site by searching this address on Google Maps. On top of that, you can find other sites are also using the same parent company name such as Fairymin, Leotina, Gavlina, Lolipopn, Darnore, Loashion, SimonBuysArcoho, Dolorky, SkyComeNow, Gruyre, OnlyForShop, Heroem, Toastyre, Wayeve, Skewil, Nathdia, GottaDaddy, ShowWark, Westencn, GoonBetter, Alvindy, GlareFairy, ZaraPlace, Stalecy, SourSuger, WhaleBaby, Cardailly, Crisiyi, Aguzado, Caberly, NorniceNeopouse, SunetingWzyboogieFrieezie, and so on. Hence, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Its email address i.e. zerbar@forbestmail.com is not related to its domain name.

Security of the website:

It has provided fake trust seal logo of McAfee on its Checkout page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling the products on unrealistic discounted price that is too good to be true and only the scam and problematic sites can afford to offer.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this online store has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing. Lots of content as well as website themes match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return/Exchange Policy which is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Considering all the above mentioned facts, it is concluded that Zerbar is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

  1. I wish I had done more research on this company before I ordered. It has been a month and I still haven't received my dresses. I received notification that my merchandise had shipped, but when I attempt to track it, I get the message that USPS is still waiting for the package. I reached out to them and received an email in broken English that said to be patient it has been shipped and that the USPS had a notification on why there was a delay (there was no notification). Now after reading these comments, I am afraid to ask for a refund. Lesson Learned!

  2. I have been waiting 6 weeks for my order. Supposedly it shipped on July 30th, but it still "on its way to the USPS facility" - for two weeks!! Which basically means they created a label... UGH!! Guess I will be filing a claim with my credit card company...

  3. They essentially took my money. Refuse to take back returns. Will never click on an Instagram ad again.

  4. Thank you all for letting me know about this company. Was ready to place an order for $165. Clothes do look great in the pics!

It's a scam. When you finally get items, they are of such poor quality and impossible return.

I ordered a month ago and have not received my order. Sent an email and no response. Glad I used a third party and not my credit/debit card to purchase. They still got over $100 of my money though. 🙁

    Scam!!!
Items they send do not reflect photos online.
Material is odd, fit is really inconsistent and I’m not able to get a response to return it.

  8. Ordered on 5/31/21. Delivered on 6/24/21. 3 shirts. Weird material. Think of the plastic capes you wear at the hair salon.
Weird fit too. I took a chance but will not purchase again. One and done

  9. I ordered on May 18th and received on June 12th. Package return address was from a city in China. Materials were made of cheap tarp or the fabric Halloween costumes are made out of not the cotton 80% and polyester 20% they advertised. They were also see through and un-wearable. I emailed for a return on June 13th. Then received 5-6 bartering emails offering $10, $15, $23, $40 and then $43 for a refund if I kept the clothes which I refused because I spent $86 on the purchase. They advised me to do that because I would have to return them to their offices in Dubai. They advertise online as a US Company out of Los Angeles and their website states they are a UK Company with hubs in the US and Singapore. Selling something of subpare quality, knowing customers can not return, and then offering half of the refund they originally bought it for is fraud and a scam. I am disputing the purchase on PayPal right now and hope they flag their company so they can not do this to others.

Yep. Same for me as far as returns. Won’t respond, and when they did they basically said it was my fault. Dresses are a strange material and very see-through. Spent $100 that I probably won’t get back 🙁

I purchased3 dresses from this site. 1 cheap material . 2 I asked for a return the day after delivery and have NOT been provided with a method of return. I have sent multiple emails. Finally got a response asking for pictures of the items and I sent them. Still no response as to how to return them. I warn you against ordering from this company.

  12. I HAVE BEEN WAITING 2 MONTHS AND STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. I WISH I CHECKED THEM OUT ON THIS SITE BEFORE PURCHASING
