Is a Yeasave scam or genuine company?

Before coming to any conclusion we are going to show you the real picture of this Yeasave company from our research and findings after which you can easily figure out whether it is fake or a real company or you shall trust this website or not. Please note that when the company is a scam, they leave so many loopholes that can be figured out but let’s talk about some major factors which definitely explain whether the company is a scam or legit.

So let’s start with the Yeasave review:

Yeasave is an online store that offers various clothing items, shoes, bags and so on. But there are so many things you must know about Yeasave before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Yeasave as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Doubtful Company Address:

If you check the company address details then you can see that they have provided the address as "184 Main Rd E, St Albans VIC 3021, Australia". When we Google this address, we find out multiple similar kinds of suspicious sites are claiming the same address as their company's address and we also find out it is an address of residential home (Source: Realestate.com.au and Onthehouse.com.au), but not an address of any shop or store or company with name Yeasave. Now, this makes us very suspicious about Yeasave.

On top of that, on its "Terms of Service" it has mentioned its services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China. Now why any company from Australia will be governed by the laws of China? This is a blunder statement that mostly happens due to copy-paste error. So, either it has copy-pasted its company's address or its Terms of Service. Both ways, it is definitely not a good sign.

Copied Contents:

Lots of details provided on Yeasave match with a bunch of scam sites. Aforementioned, even lots of suspicious sites are claiming the same company's address as their company's address. So, this adds more doubt towards Yeasave.

Unrealistic Refund Policy:

Yeasave has a Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and useless which says that the product must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for the return/refund. Now without opening the packaging and using it, how can a buyer know about the quality or the proper functioning of the product? However, they even make customers pay for the refund i.e. product shipping cost which is non-refundable. It is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to this and that provisions.

There may be an argument that after all they are offering refunds but you must be clear that they are only trying to escape from the consumer’s legal issues but actually, this kind of refund policy is adopted by only the scam companies as getting a refund from them is almost impossible due to their this and that provisions.

Our Final Verdict:

Above are some of the realities we have shown you after our research on Yeasave.

Nevertheless, we have come up with the conclusion that Yeasave is one of the suspicious websites and we do not recommend it.

Hence we recommend you to cross-verify by yourself to find out if it’s a scam or a legit company. 3. Can you elaborate that please? Exactly, what happened to me. I ordered the luggages on Dec 8th, 2019. I checked on it end of January. The tracking said it was delivered Jan. 6th, 2020. I was home that day. I opened an undelivered case from Canada Post. Paypal just denied my claim saying it was delivered. Total BS

Looks like they have sent you some other item. So check again and contact PayPal again. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything. You should also go to the post office and get a copy of the information for the tracking number that clearly shows the address where the item has been delivered and the weight of the item which will definitely have less or more weight than the original item. (If you already have the weight and address details, then you no need to go the post office). Show these details to PayPal. People who had provided this information to PayPal, most of them have got a full refund with the help of PayPal.

      Good Luck!

I too ordered a three piece luggage set. $84.00
They sent a plastic purse valued about $1.
I paid with PayPal but I mistakingly said it was an unauthorised transaction, PayPal won’t
Help me because they said it was a legitimate transaction and Only 1 dispute per
    transaction is allowed.

  6. I ordered some luggages, they never arrived from yeasave.

They are claiming that items are sent and they're delivered.

    Stay away from these scammers..
