I ordered in excess of US$250.00 worth of clothing for a wedding in reliance on Xitales promises. I shopped for so many people on 13th April 2023 and my credit card was charged $250.00 plus express shipping fees. The wedding is 29th July 2023...no package to date 19th July 2023 but 4 emails to say be patient and have a happy life, package on its way. When I checked the status of the order the goods are still in pending shipping list. No tracking number, nothing, but empty promises. We are all scammed and despite request for a full refund not a response from the company. I need a full refund and I do hope these scammers are found and given the maximum jail sentences...
So is there a way all who were scammed come together in so e way to stop them?

Oktobra.Kontaktirala sam nakon roka dostave rekli su zahvaljuju na javljanju i da je roba na putu.Tražila sam im bar cod paketa nisu poslali ništa .Nakon nekoliko dana ponovo pitam šta je s mojom naruđbom opet zahvaljuju na javljanju i strpljenju
stići će vaš paket uskoro ali nije stigao nikada.Više nisu ni odgovarali kada sam im pet pisala.Ja razmišljam prijaviti ih međunarodnom interpolu na obradu.

I ordered two wreaths at such a great deal w/free shipping on Facebook on Oct 20, 2022; I have had 7 emails from them after I inquire about tracking shipment, all are blaming on customs;however, I’ve also received other merch from other company, max 3 weeks thru customs,,,since I’ve requested refund immediately, no longer want, I’ve heard nothing from them
