Xiemm Shop / Jennymall is classified as one of the fraudulent sites because of the following reasons:

Multiple Company Addresses:

First company’s address of this online store is mentioned on its About Us and Shipping Policy pages as 1900 University Dr Vista, CA 92083. There is no business with the name Xiemm Shop or Jennymall that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps. Instead, other businesses are mentioned over there.

Second company's address is provided on Return and Privacy Policy pages as 5514 Commercial Street Salem, Oregon. There is no business with the name Xiemm Shop or Jennymall that been mentioned on or around this address as well. Instead, other businesses are mentioned over there.

Yet another address is given on Contact Us page as 1320 7th St, Baker City, Oregon 97814. In this address also, there is no business with the name Xiemm Shop or Jennymall that been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps. Instead, other businesses are mentioned over there. So, none of the 3 addresses are verifiable which makes it very suspicious site. Moreover these address are also found to be used by another problematic site KefuwShop. Hence, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Its email address i.e. seaushealeapv@hotmail.com is a free email address but not its domain specific one and found to be used by multiple scam sites.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling various products at unrealistic heavy discount rates that none of the legit stores can afford to offer.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Its domain name i.e. Xiemm.Shop and website name i.e. Jennymall are different but legit websites don’t put their website name differently than their domain name and the same website name is also mentioned on its policy pages instead of its domain name which occurs due to a copy-paste error of contents.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Summing up all the aforementioned reasons, it can be concluded that Xiemm Shop / Jennymall is one of the scam websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

  1. Jenny mall is definitely a scam the website does no longer exist after I spent hundreds of dollars for Christmas gifts for my family with Rush delivery I was jipped out of the hundreds of dollars I spent and my family mother father husband children received no Christmas gifts but just a mom who felt crushed I definitely learned my lesson

  2. This place is definitely a scam! I ordered merchandise on Oct 30 with a promise to ship the next day and have not received any info. I called the number and it doesn’t even ring…dead silence. The address is for a totally different store that has no affiliation. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!

  3. I placed an order about 10 days ago, I haven't gotten any other response than my order number. I started to follow up. The phone number is linked to a California number, which in fact does not connect. Secondly, it does provide a Seattle address. I have sent an email looking for a status update on my order, obviously, if I hear nothing, of course, it is a scam. They only accept PayPal for payment, which I guess, fortunately for me, I can get my money back. It is just so seriously frustrating that people have nothing better to do than screw people over, also I found this site through the Facebook Marketplace, which makes things even more discouraging, it's becoming a modern-day Craig's list. I will also be filing with the BBB for whatever good that will do me. I agree this store is a scam, if I hear back from them today, I will be utterly surprised. If I don't, I will file my claim with Facebook. Such a shame, because I was in love with what I purchased and hope I can find somewhere legit to purchase it! Also, if they do come through, I will modify my comment and let y'all know.
