What is Windwaitting.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling multiple products like Asymmetric Hem Button Detail Lace Panel Blouse, Air Cushion Flying Woven Casual Sports Shoes, Wood Seasoning Beeswax Household Polishing, Women Sport Yoga Pants Sexy Tight Leggings, Auto Steering Wheel Desk, HD 1080P outdoor DV camera, Night Vision Glasses, Mountable and Detachable Cat Groomer, Electric Flea Remover for Pets, Hirundo Pet Hair Remover Glove (Great for Cats/Dogs), etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Windwaitting is listed as one of the suspicious sites because of the following drawbacks:

Company Address:

The company’s address and contact phone number are not provided on its website whereas legit companies shall always provide such information on their websites. This makes it clear it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such companies for any kind of online shopping.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling the products at heavy discounted price that is too good to be true and only the scam and problematic sites can afford to offer.

Copied content:

Lots of content including its About Us page match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites like KernetShop, Amoystree, Honaliy, Luitter, Successmars, Tanwenbiao85, Mynotie, Honloni, CozyColin, PasionFruitStore, SilktresStore, KotepStore, QomhtShop, SanguinetsStore, Ninsszys, Rateegg, Luwhitehouse, KindcoShop, Oolenses, IssieShop, FrontGather, Noodless, Middleeastg, CuteeStore, Banggdb, Metgon, MissLadiess, and so many others.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites. It may cheat the buyers by sending the fake or very cheap quality products other than what it advertises on its website.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that Windwaitting is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

Fortunately I placed my order using Paypal but they were not anything like the advertised so, despite their protest that order was 'in order' I gave them two weeks to sort it out before contacting Paypal. After explaining Paypal took up my issue and I had to send photos of (inferior) product and send them then they agreed to make a refund, but I had to pay for return postage which was some £25 to China, half the cost of shoes, but claimed it back from Paypal and they said they would investigate company. I then had to send them -by email- photos of the goods wrapped for postage plus a photo of my proof of postage! A lucky escape on my part, but for those that don't have an email address to write to, try: support@windwaitting.com I was originally billed by South Tropic network Ltd whom sneakily added £11.08 in tax which I complained about and had returned!

I too have been scammed by this organisation. I bought a pair of shoes from them as I suffer from planter fasciitis and the shoes which arrived were terrible quality. They fell apart within a week and when I complained they offered £2 for my inconvenience! Who are they trying to kid! When I said that was unacceptable they offered £4. I emailed again saying they had breached the Sale of Goods Act in the UK and they should send a full refund but they have since been silent. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY .

Ordered a pair of Titan Trainers, although they came in the right size, they were too small. As I was lacing them up, the lace hole broke. Flimsy pair of trainers, cheaply made. Still trying to get a refund and just seem to get fobbed off all the time. Would never recommend and would advise to all to avoid at all costs.

I had exactly the same issue. Took more money out than advertised at (apparently tax), never answered my query about that. Tried to cancel in the first 12 hours and they still sent them out. Right shoe is too small despite measuring. Tried to have paypal take this up with them, twice, but (once about extra money being taken and once about the incorrect size) they wouldn't. Windwaitting are no longer responding to my emails!

SOUTH-TROPIC NETWORK LIMITED is the parent company name. Their email contact is:- support@windwaitting.com as I've been 'communicating' with them -all to no avail- since my 'disappointing' order arrived. It will be easier if I copied and pasted these email exchanges here for you to read -I'll skip the photo evidence I enclosed.
(Me): Today, Monday 19th April 2021, I finally received my -3 pairs- Titan Heavy Duty Breathable Non-slip Sneakers, and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. Firstly, the easy one, one pair was the wrong size. I ordered a pair of UK 10 (EU 45) and two UK 8.5 (EU 43) but instead of two 8.5 (EU43) one was an UK 8 (EU42)!
Then the next disappointment, according to the item description I responded to, it said the sneakers I ordered were not only 'heavy duty' but had a steel toe-cap so were suitable for site work (your description below).

As you can see from the second inclusion this was the 'deal' I was offered, 10% off two, 15% off three, which I did, and I was astounded to see that these were in no way 'heavy duty' and to wear a pair of these on a UK building site, etc, would be ILLEGAL as there is no protection to the feet what-so-ever!
So, where do we go from here?

    (Reply): Hi Mick May,
    Thanks for contacting us.
Would you please provide 1-3 photos or a video for what you have received?
It would be better if you put the photos in attachment file.
We will give you the best solution as we checked.
    Have a nice day!

(Me -including photos): It grieves me to say but these shoes / trainers are what might best be known as (marine) 'Deck Shoes'.

    (Reply): Hi Mick May,
    Thanks for your email
As we checked and confirm, you received the correct Trainers
And the size was sent according to your order
    Thank you
    Becky W

(Me): Check my order again, a copy is enclosed, for I ordered TWO 8.5 (43) and a 10 (45) but, as you can see from photos -sent twice now- one is clearly an 8 (42) so it is NOT as per order of which original is enclosed below stating so.
Further to that, although you say my order is correct there is no way these trainers can be classified as heavy duty, and they could NEVER be worn in the workplace as you state they can -maybe in USA they can but NOT in UK- which, in my view is mis-selling as they do not match the description you made to sell them, and that is illegal in UK as it goes against UK Trade Description Act as they do not bear up to your description and they are 'not fit for purpose'!
If this isn't addressed satisfactorily I will have no option but to contact PayPal.

    (Reply): Hi Mick May,
As we checked, you received the correct size
You ordered the size uk8.5 which is the size 42.
    Thanks
    Becky W

(Me Email sent today): No, 8 is a 42, 8.5 -my order- is a 43, check your own chart, even then, you still sent me TWO different sizes, a 42 AND a 43 and this is a copy of the shipping order you sent me NO size 8s! (Cop of a / their shoe chart enclosed plus shipping confirmation to 2 x 43s.)
This, YOUR chart clearly states that a 42 is UK 7.5 - 8, and 43 is the 8.5 I ordered yet you sent me one of each so how can that be a 'correct' order fulfilled. You are breaching my 'Statutory Rights' and I will pursue -as I did over the mysteriously added tax- to a satisfactory conclusion on my behalf, my first 'port of call' will be to send all this to PayPal!

I then added the link to here, so, sit back and wait to see what they will say now!

You are wasting your time with these mate. These are absolute con artists who shouldn’t even be allowed to trade and why Facebook let them advertise on there is beyond me. I’ve had exactly the same issue as you. I will be looking to take this much further into getting these absolute arseholes closed down

I too ordered their Titan reinforced sneakers.
Took ages to arrive, sent shoes so flimsy a moth would destroy them and refused any liability.
Avoid at all costs, this is a crooked outfit.

  9. Titan Trainers - don't waste your money or time. What is sent is poor quality and nothing like advertised. The lace holes are just that in thin material - started to rip on first wear. Offered me $3 compensation when I complained. AVOID

Same here, they offerred £3 and then £5 refubnd or I have to send back to China for refund. Doubt I'll get it and postage costs nearly £17 so not worth it. Thinking of trying to get refund through the bank

We ordered Titan Heavy Duty Breathable Non-slip Sneakers, they are shocking! If you're expecting a trainer that "Comes with a built-in steel head to protect your toes from collision. Won’t budge and hurt your feet even when hit by heavy objects." You are going to be very disappointed. These are lightweight, low quality trainers with no steel reinforcement to protect your toes. I have disputed that the correct trainers were sent, but WindWaiting insist I was, in which case they are not as described. Avoid at all costs!
