Ordered a Dewalt kit and a toolbox, got a parcel with some random items worth a few dollars. A big scam do not use.

  3. Complete SCAM
Ordered some lights and received toy sunglasses. I managed to get some dialogue going with Joey from customer support, first asked me to return the toy sunglasses then offered for me to keep them but give me a 10% refund. This went on for a few emails offering 50% refund and to keep the toy sunglasses, lucky me. However, apparently they are unable to give me a full refund because they had lost money whilst stealing all of mine. Quite ironic.

  4. Scammers, please avoid!!!

  5. Scammers!! Ordered an item and was sent some toy sunglasses. Managed to get some dialogue with Joey from customer services (sersoppor@gmail or sersoppor01@gmail). They begun with asking me to return the toy sunglasses

I found the emails quite amusing….

Our return address is overseas. If you send the item back, customs will charge you a lot of customs duties, charge us a lot of import duties, and we don't necessarily receive the package safely and quickly, so we don't think it's wise to ask you to return the package.
After our discussion, we don't want to waste import duties, it's better to give this item to you.
We would like to ask you to keep this item, but we can no longer send you the item in your order, please understand.
If you really don't like it, we can give you a 10% refund and you can keep the item, you can give it to someone else or resell it for a good price.
What do you think? We look forward to hearing from you.

We can't give you a return label because customs will charge us import duty and if we don't pay, we won't get the package and we'll lose more money. And the package may not be delivered to us accurately.
If you really don't want the package, you can sell the package and you'll get more money.
And we can give you a 20% refund to express our apology, although we sent a higher value item, but after all, we made a mistake in the order, we understand you.
Do you accept a 20% refund and keep the item? This is the best solution we can come up with.
    ————
We can give you a 30% refund which is the highest amount we can offer and we have suffered losses, hope you understand. can you accept it?
    ————
We can give you 40%, although we lost a lot of money, but it is our fault after all, can you accept it?
You can keep the package you receive. This is the final suggestion we can offer, I've tried my best to help you, and I hope you can accept it.

This company got me for 400.00 on to different orders and when I finally got something it's wasn't what I paid for not even close. I paid for shed and hot sunglasses. Ask for a refund and they won't give me my money back . So I guess on with a lawyer see what they can do to stop these people

The offers on the website are too good to be true. They even offer free international shipping and refunds on customs duty which cost more than the intended cost of goods. Smells of genuine sca
