Vevor complaints Vevor fake or real Vevor legit or fraud

What is Vevor?

It is an online shopping store that is selling different tools and other products like hand tools, power tools, art and craft and sewing, material handling, restaurant and food service and so on. It has provided some categories without listing any products. Legit sites won't provide such unnecessary categories. Further, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Vevor as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

# It has mentioned its parent company’s name and address as BUMPERR LTD: G34 Stokenchurch Business Park Ibstone Road, Stokenchurch, High Wycombe, United Kingdom, HP14 3FE in its “Terms of Service” details and that is also by taking a screenshot of the company’s name instead of directly writing the company’s name on its website.

Normally, the scam sites have provided their company’s address in that way so that no one can find them by searching on Google. Actually, lots of problematic sites are using this same company name and address.

# Actually, we have found BUMPERR LTD is linked with lots of other companies that are mentioned by multiple scam sites as their parent company such as ALKMAND ESTATE LTD, CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED, A&KE Limited and HONGKONG JIGAO INFORMATION & TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED.

We can say the sites who have mentioned these companies as their parent company are linked with each other and operating by the same team because, in lots of scam sites, you can find they have provided two company names either on their website or on their WHOIS details. And, even there is no guarantee that these all sites belong to those mentioned companies because these sites have only provided the screenshots of the company’s name instead of directly writing the company’s name on their websites. So, maybe these scam sites are misusing the name of other’s companies.

# Companies operating under BUMPERR LTD have so many customers’ complaints about the quality of products. They deliver the very low quality products or different products other than they advertise on their website. The product value is also much higher than the quality of product they deliver. Secondly, the delivery time of products as well as the customer support is also very poor.

# Few contents provided on its website match with lots of scam and suspicious sites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

I bought a two step handrail which I was unable to use as the step is hollow and therefore rail would not be stable. I have spent weeks sending them all the information they needed, to no avail. I said I was returning the item, at which point the refund bargaining began. It was at the low end of purchase price, asked for a return address. None forthcoming but I found it on the packaging. Refused the latest refund offer, said I had the return address - now I have been offered purchase price less postage. It's clear they are not willing to receive the item, so am now waiting for the refund to appear. I research the company prior to buying as have had loads of problems with Chinese companies. Everything seemed above board.

  3. Scam company that doesn’t send items but refuses refund. I had to get my bank to refund because the site even said it didn’t ship and customer service was non existent. Buyer beware

SCAM Chinese company pretending to be EU based, do not buy.
You will not get what you order or a refund

  5. I purchased a 3-frame extractor. Despite receiving all the relevant confirmation of order etc. The item has still not been received!
Have emailed and called several times, with no other response that please be patient.

Well, I have. Order was allegedly dispatched on the 19th of last month with 48-hour delivery. It hasn't moved on the courier system since the 24th.
If it has been lost by the courier they use, that is for them to sort and should not affect my getting the item. a normal business would have sent a replacement buy now, but evidently i have to wait until the lost item is found. I would avoid at all costs.

Ordered 3500, received 3550. emailed Vevor on what happened and they asked for pictures. Sent pictures of item, box, and what I ordered and they sent me the instructions for the item they shipped instead of dealing with the problem.

I purchased a defective induction stove top. After many e-mails and stalling techniques, they refused to replace the stove, they promised to return moneys only if I remove the complaint from the credit card company first. My credit card company advised against this and returned my money after never receiving a response from Vevor.

  8. I bought 2 winches from them, they both failed the first time I used them, they admit it's a quality defect and they want to return half of the purchase price. Terrible company with worse customer service

I bought a Plasma Cutter off them at £132.99 ...When it arrived , I tested it on some sheet metal and it worked fine. I set it aside safely in it;s box in the workshop as I was not yet working on the job I intended using it for . When I next tried to use it , it instantly knocked the entire Electrical Power off to the building at the Switch Board together with a very strong smell of electrical burning. The cutter is therefore completely un-useable. It has done no work bar cutting about 4" of 1mm steel plate. I have tried to speak to the company and their delay on replying to emails is atrocious. They insisted on me sending them a video of the 'fault' ( which I had explained was simple ...it knocks out the electric and smells of burning) and they promised to address the problem. Then nothing !... They have now weeks later offered me % 50 of the purchase cost. I have refused this and am holding out for a full refund. I DO NOT recommend you use this company as their service and warranty is appalling.
