DO NOT BUY anything from them. I'm having 2 weeks of back and forth and in mean meantime i can not work. The machine arrived broken. Their "technical" support is working on my case!!!! How about they replace the machine i paid for it and then they can keep discussing solutions and how to fix one i can send them back...... but there is no info provided on where to send them back.... my fault didn't investigate before who they are!

I ordered a broad fork in September. If I'd seen their Amazon page I never would have ordered it, but....
It's supposed to be used to aerate clay soil, but it's so flimsy it can't even turn light mulch. I complained via email about 2 weeks after I got it. The company rep *acknowledged* there were quality problems and apologized.
I ended up with someone(s) in a different area who've been jerking me around for six weeks since then, refuse to send a return label, and offer various refund amounts less that the purchase price.
The excuse? It's been more than 30 days. It has NOW, as they've dragged it out.
I filed complaints with PayPal and my bank. Not surprisingly, I promptly got an email saying they really want to issue a refund but just can't until I close my complaints. I'm not that big a fool.
Fwiw, this company is actually HK SiShun Trade Co., Limited and you may get hit with an unexpected foreign transaction fee if you buy from them - I did.
HORRIBLE. The product I received is defective and they refuse to give me a refund because, after all this back and forth, it's been more than 30 days, even though their website says there's a year warranty.
Fwiw, the company name is actually Sishun. They've gotten some sites to say the Vevor product I bought is made are made in the US - I believe it said Michigan, which is why I bought it. This is just garbage made in China, and sold to us by a Chinese company pretending to be American.

I bought a two step handrail which I was unable to use as the step is hollow and therefore rail would not be stable. I have spent weeks sending them all the information they needed, to no avail. I said I was returning the item, at which point the refund bargaining began. It was at the low end of purchase price, asked for a return address. None forthcoming but I found it on the packaging. Refused the latest refund offer, said I had the return address - now I have been offered purchase price less postage. It's clear they are not willing to receive the item, so am now waiting for the refund to appear. I research the company prior to buying as have had loads of problems with Chinese companies. Everything seemed above board.

I purchased a 3-frame extractor. Despite receiving all the relevant confirmation of order etc. The item has still not been received!
Have emailed and called several times, with no other response that please be patient.
Well, I have. Order was allegedly dispatched on the 19th of last month with 48-hour delivery. It hasn't moved on the courier system since the 24th.
If it has been lost by the courier they use, that is for them to sort and should not affect my getting the item. a normal business would have sent a replacement buy now, but evidently i have to wait until the lost item is found. I would avoid at all costs.
Ordered 3500, received 3550. emailed Vevor on what happened and they asked for pictures. Sent pictures of item, box, and what I ordered and they sent me the instructions for the item they shipped instead of dealing with the problem.
I purchased a defective induction stove top. After many e-mails and stalling techniques, they refused to replace the stove, they promised to return moneys only if I remove the complaint from the credit card company first. My credit card company advised against this and returned my money after never receiving a response from Vevor.
I bought 2 winches from them, they both failed the first time I used them, they admit it's a quality defect and they want to return half of the purchase price. Terrible company with worse customer service
I bought a Plasma Cutter off them at £132.99 ...When it arrived , I tested it on some sheet metal and it worked fine. I set it aside safely in it;s box in the workshop as I was not yet working on the job I intended using it for . When I next tried to use it , it instantly knocked the entire Electrical Power off to the building at the Switch Board together with a very strong smell of electrical burning. The cutter is therefore completely un-useable. It has done no work bar cutting about 4" of 1mm steel plate. I have tried to speak to the company and their delay on replying to emails is atrocious. They insisted on me sending them a video of the 'fault' ( which I had explained was simple ...it knocks out the electric and smells of burning) and they promised to address the problem. Then nothing !... They have now weeks later offered me % 50 of the purchase cost. I have refused this and am holding out for a full refund. I DO NOT recommend you use this company as their service and warranty is appalling.

Dreadful company if you have an issue, as their customer service is absolutely non existant.
I purchased an item and because of a faulty design, it did not work properly.
I did my utmost to get an address to return the faulty item, no luck. Even threatening them with legal action was a waste of time.
They use stalling tactics such as 'send a video/photo' or 'try to get it repaired locally and we will refund the cost' or 'provide proof that the item doesn't work'.
They will stall you until the 14 day 'cooling off' period has elapsed.
Then completely ignore you.
Don't buy from this company!!!
They shipped an item that I had canceled and then refused to take it back or even give me a return address to ship it to. It was a $70 item and they actually wanted to charge me $51 for a return UPS label. Then they offered me a $10 refund because they said the item might get damaged in shipping if I sent it back and they would not be able to resell it.

Vevor do seem to send out your items but customer service is apalling even when an item clearly does not work.
I am 8 days in to daily emails with vevor customer services and they are pulling every delaying tactic possible to avoid revealing their returns address.
This is illegal as it breaks both UK sale of goods act and UK distance selling law
I will never buy from Vevor again, even I I eventually get my refund… very crooked company.
Bought a small metal workbench online. It arrived promptly enough but bits were missing so that I wasn't able to put it together. Numerous emails were always answered very politely but the missing pieces were never sent or even acknowledged that they were missing despite sending photos as requested of all the bits I did receive. Such a waste of materials to make this table which is unusable without the bits to assemble it, not to mention my time and money. Very disappointed with this company who I wasn't able to reach on the phone. I would definitely say stay well clean of this company.
I purchased a liquid filling machine - I gave them my address, they gave me a confirmation of the order with my said address. The item never reached my address. I called a guy answered, correctly stating my address was wrong. The item is now not in stock, they offered a refund. I spoke to them a week ago, I have still yet to receive my money ?

Beware of Vevor! I purchased a small table saw which was clearly pictured on their web site as also having a drill chuck projecting from side. The item I received did not have the chuck. When I complained their excuse was that I had bought the version without a chuck. How they could claim this when there was neither a picture nor an option for the one without a chuck I do not know. Interesting that in their terms and conditions they specifically absolve themselves from responsibility if their advertisers provide incorrect information about products for sale. How ridiculous and why does Google allow them to get away with this. So BEWARE OF ANYTHING YOU SEE ON VEVOR's SITE. WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY RECEIVE COULD BE VERY DIFFERENT.
I ordered a CO2 laser from Vevor, then saw these reviews... I contacted them about my delivery as I had not heard anything apart from receiving the order confirmation, the next day an email confirmed the delivery by Palletline as it was a large machine, it arrived 5 days later with no problems at all.
Only last week I ordered a compressor, which arrived in 3 days. I have no problem with this company, Vevor is an international multimillion pound company, you need to change your 'verdict' as this will no doubt loss them business...

Ordered a delux Palm Router. It arrived on time. It was delivered (free) via Royal Mail. I received an Email saying my parcel would be delivered between 8.55 am and 9.25 am. It arrived at 9.15am. So far no complaints, however. when I unpackaged the router there was no user manual. I phoned the two numbers advertised but it was a Saturday. Tried this morning. The 'gentleman' I spoke to was able to trace my order via my order number. He said he would send me a user manual 'if he could find one' Im not all that confident. Very professional Web site.
I've had nothing but excellant experience with Vevor, I own a small bakery on the island of Kauai, Hi and have bought serveral items from them. In fact ordered two more items just this morning. Personally I had only one issue so far and with a few emails it was fixed. They sent me the missing part. I will continue to use them.
The customer service was horrible the call center was worse you have to call in 20 times to finally get through were they know nothing and just right emails to china for you. However after trying several emails to china as my products were late or they said they were available and in stock took my money thousands and then informed me many days later they did not actually have the product and the delivery time would be 3 months or i could get a refund.

I have not received my very basic order from them after several weeks. I have given them time, as I thought they might be having supply chain issues. However, I'm pretty sure it is a scam and will need to contact Visa to stop payment.
No warranty on Vevor ultrasonic cleaner
Purchased an ultrasonic cleaner from Vevor, and it failed within the advertised 12-month warranty. Go to their site and you will see at the top of the web page a 12-month warranty, no further information on what they mean by a 12-month warranty. This is their reply:

2. Considering that you used this machine for more than 6 months, you pay 50 % of the price for a brand new machine. We will send you the new product after confirm the payment.

The package arrived punctured and missing hardware. It did not have protective packaging and appears to be preowned and perhaps returned. The seller has not been cooperative about honoring their refund policy. I am now disputing the purchase with my bank and PayPal. I have written to their customer service more than a dozen times requia refund. Though the website suggest 30 day free returns they do not honor their return policy. Their 800 number isn't even real! It's an answering service! Their response to this review is laughable considering that they just emailed me this morning offering me a $30 refund for the $192 dollar piece of garbage they sent. Don't buy from Vevor it's a scam.

For what it worth, as always I researched too late and after I purchased a 3018 CNC kit with 15W laser and was worried with all the bad reviews of Vevor. Too late though. But to my surprise the parcel arrived very quick, and with no issues.
And a day after I purchased to ask about the order status and they replied well within a day.
So it’s not all bad news as far as I am concerned.
They are a complete scam! Sent me product that didnt have a plug. Back & forth with them. I finally filed in small claims court. We should all get together & have a class action suit against them!
My experience is to not purchase from companies that do not tell you where they are based. They should have a physical address somewhere if they have all this stuff to sell. The Australian site does not tell you where the goods are coming from but have Australian flags as part of their logo to give you the impression that they have an outlet in Australia.
Very poor quality wheel carrier that I've bought from Vevor Canada back in June 2021. I wanted to return it for a refund. Instead, Vevor told me to sell it and issue me a partial refund. That is so ridiculous! Anyways, I refused. Vevor gave me a bogus return address which caused the package returned back to me, and I am out $32 dollars of shipping. The junky item cost $120.00. Now, I am out a total of $152.00 I've posted a few complaints about my ordeal. This is a bad company. Shop elsewhere.
Bought an item that didn't work. There customer service tryed there best to get me to close my Paypal case against them saying if I did they would send another one. I didn't of course and got my money back. Hard to tell how many they actually do cheat. Not a reputable company in my opinion.

They took my money but sent the tool they wanted to. It was to be a vacuum pump for car A/C but I can not find a car that it works on. There customer service is terrible. They try and tell you how they want info sent to them and you tell them you do not have a way to do it that way and they think they know better and they dont. The customer service girl is only 1 and tells you there are 6 in her imagination. I will never buy from them again.
