On top of that, you can find other sites are also using the same parent company name such as Besoia, Ambrete, Brizka, Akorry, Choliva, Melelly, Tutinoe, Almaltz, Maladia, Evethia Trezca, Oasnera, Albetti, Cholith, Syltia, Hoseill, Vanlvis, Yvowis, Crofie, Abenyo, Bealiet, Bartiar, Locilia, Phyllin, Mellith, JokulMart, Duabeth, Leopone, Bartlia, Zerbar, Fairymin, Leotina, Gavlina, Lolipopn, Darnore, Loashion, SimonBuys, Arcoho, Dolorky, SkyComeNow, Gruyre, OnlyForShop, and so on. Hence, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.
Its email address i.e. valanio@fictomail.com is not related to its domain name.
Security of the website:
It has provided fake trust seal logo of McAfee on its Checkout page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.
Discount and Sales offers:
It is selling the products at an unrealistic discounted prices that seems to be too good to be true.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. Does not sound good for me getting a refund on my items that don't fit.
Vala nio is not legit. There is no way to exchange, return, ever. Their final e=mail to me said they would give me $12.99, when I had at least over $150 worth of merchandise to exchange or return and that I should give the clothes as XMAS GIFTS!!!!! Still have any doubt in your mind that this is fraud? And I would suggest you get a new credit card!! Not legit!

Purchased items March 2022. Too small. Where is contact info to return?
Takes your money. Gives invalid tracking number. Claims merchandise shipped, but never arrives. Tells you to refuse package and it will be returned to them automatically, then they can claim they never received the return! Refuse to refund money, because your item has been shipped
Ads claim merchandise delivery in one to two weeks, but they claim they shipped it out a month after order was placed! Then has the audacity to tell consumers to be patient! No package, no return, no refund! Buyer Beware!
This is happening to me also. I ordered 4 tops in Oct. I still don't have them. I send them an email to ask about my order and they say it's been shipped, just be patient. They charged my card 11/16/22 and this is 12/21/22 and when I track the tracking number, it's saying usps is still waiting on the package, this as been since 12/7/22. I'm going to see if my credit card company will list it as fraud to get my money back.

I attempted to contact for return authorization, information to get a refund. No answer, the website only refers me to the web page. The web page is of no help. Ordered clothes on November 14. Said the order left California on November 26. Has not updated at all on shipment. Keep emailing saying covid is delaying product. What a crock. Got scammed.

I have ordered November 18, 2021. Have not received an email regarding my order. Except for an email that they were out of the Black and White Checkerboard top that I really wanted. Please send me an email and when my order is going to be shipped.
I wish that I had known about the article before buying from these people. I received my shirt and it looks nothing like the picture on their website! I sent them an email telling them that I want a refund, but they keep on stalling.They wanted to see pictures of the shirt, so I sent them. Now they want the pictures in a JPEG format! I just again told them I want my refund, but I probably won't get one.
I ordered clothes from Valanio and two of items were too small in the bust area. I wanted to return or change to bigger size. I got the answer that they can refund me 10 dollars for clothes that I payed over 70 dollars. Very disappointed
I wish I had read this article first. I purchased a dress & they sent an email stating that the item had been shipped and supplied a tracking number. I didn't hear anything from them and the tracking was not usual as the item seemed to have gone from Sydney Australia, to the Gold Coast and back to Sydney again, where it apparently is just sitting. I have emailed ValaNio twice, originally I sent them them the comment received from the transport company and my second was demanding to know where my item is. Funnily enough, on the same day I ordered through ValaNio, I ordered another dress from another company in the US and it has been delivered and there were no issues with the tracking. How do I get my money back?

I purchased a plaid grey/white shirt/jacket from you people in October 22, 2021. I have not received it up to now and it is the 14 th. Of November. Ref. Number is. 0573664436.
