  • Ursime has provided its parent company name and address as: Shenzhen Hanjinyuan Trade Co., Ltd, R-4D34, 4F, Building #213, Tairan Road 6, Tianan Community, Shatou Street, Futian District, Shenzhen. However, Google Maps can't find the exact match of this address.
  • Even though its provided address is from China, on its "Terms And Conditions" it has mentioned its services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK. Why any company from China will be governed by the laws of UK? This makes it more suspicious.

Do not buy clothing from Ursime. I paid for express shipping and it took 16-17 days. Then, the dress that came in the mail vs the dress that I received was a joke. It was NOTHING like the photo. This is a scam!!!

This company sells knockoffs of other brands. Bad quality, the clothes look different than the pictures, and come straight from China. Save your hard-earned money and buy local!

Total garbage. Believe what people are saying. I ordered leggings, a sweater and a blouse. NOTHING like the photos. Cheap. Synthetic garbage. Total scam.

I ordered a dress in December 2022. It arrived today in January 2023 and looks nothing like the photos of the dress I ordered: the fabric is cheap with the design printed on it, rather than embossed or embroidered as it appeared to be. The color is hideous, nothing like the photo representation. I am in process of trying to get in touch to return the dress for a full refund.

  5. HORRIBLE! DO NOT ORDER! I rarely complain, I do buy clothes online & rarely return as I tend to carefully read the measurements & items described! I ordered a few items on URSIME. So first it took Ursime almost 2 weeks to process my order. Only after I asked what's going on they finally processed it. Then suddenly I was told that 2 of the items aren't in stock any more & was sent a link with only a handful of items they actually had. I opted for credit which I did get. Then it took another month for me to get the clothes. Yiyks... dress I ordered was supposed to be by the picture on their site a 2 Layered colors,, THEY FORGOT A LAYER OF THE DRESS??? ...So not what I got. 1 shirt was 2 sizes smaller than I ordered. 3 other shirts described as long tunics (& looked like tunics in the pictures and the product description) so all of the shirts were the correct width but far off from the length (mind you I'm 5'2"). THE SHIRTS ARE 5" SHORTER THAN STATED ON THEIR SITE!!! A jacket I ordered that looked like the picture mid calf (& was supposed to be longer as per the length specified) AGAIN, width fit. Length was off (this time by 5"). Material was also WAY OFF then described on their site. I contacted URSIME as soon as I got the items and after I sent them pictures of the items NOT being what they advertise vs. What I got I was told to further measure prove their packging showed the correct size yet how can it be done if the clothes they sent has no lables or even tags? Are they serious? ? Again... DO NOT BUY... THEY DON'T CARE NOR WILL GIVE CREDIT FOR BAD ITEMS & FALSE ADVERTISING

Hi I agree totally, after giving me confirmation all emails from them disappeared, luckily I paid via PayPal.

However, for the two coats I ordered, the first was a short jacket an XL but it came more as an S/M and the long coat was hugely oversize fro XL more like XXL and had no shape and looked like a robe worn at home. The fabric was also very cheap and was not good.

When I complained via Paypal, the company asked me to pay an extra 50% for the item to be returned for repair although they were at fault.
I finally agreed to refund me 50% still waiting for it and I will keep[pe the items which I will have to gift to someone or put in Salvos bin.

    DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE.

  7. I placed an order, thought I was on Shein- which I have used before, and I had multiple windows open at the time so after I pressed the order button and instantly realized my mistake I could not find anyway to cancel the order. I sent an email right away to cancel. I was charged $127 the next morning. I used my paypal debit card which pulled money from my banks checking account, unfortunately since it wasn't a charge it is more difficult to get the bank to help and paypal with not open a dispute on this type of transaction. However, Ursime did respond to my email asking if they discounted my order if I would not cancel. I declined their offer and asked for a refund and cancel my order. Three days later they emailed me and said the order was cancelled and a refund was submitted to allow 7 days to get it. It's been 7 days and no refund yet. I think it's a big fat lie. I'm gonna ask my bank if they can dispute the debit withdraw from my account. I am furious at myself for making such a dumb and costly mistake. I just sent off a nasty email to them because I know they are not going to refund my money. And I write "beware scam website" in the comment sections on their facebook ads, to warn others.

Yes, in this case, it's better you contact your bank or credit card company.

      1. Update: After I left several bad reviews wherever I saw their ads, and sent a harsh e-mail letter to Ursime's customer service threatening to contact usa.gov/fraud and Facebook to pull their advertisements for fraud, I received a reply from this company that they are expediting my refund. Then today I received an email from paypal saying I am being issued a credit back from Ursime for the entire amount of $127. Sigh of relief, and yay for that. Sometimes things work out if you get lucky and can write a good enough bluff!

Stay far away. If anyone says they loved what they orders from this site they are lying and/or being paid. Everything I ordered was unbearable and the return policy and customer service laughable. Learn from my mistake and stay away.

I like their styles but have been scammed by China too many times. I usually find that the sized are way off. I wish I could believe this one.

Definitely a scam company. I am trying to get refunded for items not shipped and send back the 2 items which aren't as described, not consistent size with the size chart and they take 24 hours to respond want pictures sent
And won't send a return label. Off to complain to the merchant facility. They won't be able to use Visa or Mastercard soon. Not dealing with a dummy here.
