I had the same experience that Peaceful Warrior.
The item ordered is not the one I receive. Of course, I receive an item a lot cheaper. They promise me a refund, but I never receive any, and they don't answer anymore to my emails.
I can provide the full email conversation with all specification inside (order number, photos and price difference etc.) if it is useful.

Never received the ordered item.... Never order from Ucaion!!!
Ucaion seemed sketchy from the first glance, but I took a chance with them and my experience is:
- a total scam
- the delivery time is moths longer than what is advertised
- I got something entirely different than what I ordered, I was then forced to buy it from them because they would not refund full price when I wanted to send the item back
- The item I got is bad quality, and 2 out of 8 tongues on the drum are not even working properly
- Still waiting for part of the refund, I'm quite sure nothing will arrive
- Can provide screenshots of communication with them, my original order and photo of item received
Do not buy anything from them, they are just thieves.
