These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

I called to cancel within an hour of ordering and they said they would get back with me via email. The email stated it was already in shipment. One reason I had buyer's remorse was after seeing their return policy lacked any customer satisfaction-you can only return if unused with a 15% restocking fee. So how are you supposed to know if it does what they claim? Well, guess what? It doesn't!

TVIDLER is a complete SCAM. It is the worst scam I have ever experienced. The company is a complete rip off with fake customer service. If you make one small order they automatically order 8 times what you ordered and overcharge full price for EIGHT Tvidlers and send them from China via Lithuania. To return the product you need to pay for shipping including tracking fees that cost $120.00 They claim to give a partial refund minus their shipping fees so the refund would not even cover the cost of sending this horrible item back. DO NOT BUY THIS DREADFUL PRODUCT.

  3. Scam alert! I ordered two of these totaling around $50. If I could give it ZERO stars, I would. This product did absolutely nothing. I was glad there was a money back guarantee....or so I THOUGHT. After contacting them and filling out their forms, I was told:
    1. I can only return ONE of the packages, because you can only return unopened packages "for sanitary reasons". What?! How are you supposed to know if it works without opening it??
    2. They take a 15% reprocessing fee
    3. You have to pay to ship it back to them
    4. The return shipping address is in LITHUANIA!!

this company is completely a scam... I thought I was ordering the ear wax remover at 50% off for $29.95, all of a sudden I had two charges one for $84.91 and a recurring automatic payment of $59.95! And PayPal giving me the run roundabout needing an original invoice, which never was generated!
