I'm so mad at myself for not checking the reviews prior to ordering. My daughter actually cried when she opened the box because it looks nothing like the picture on the website! The doll did not come in the outfit, the rooted hair, that I paid EXTRA money for was of poor quality and the face features were not even finished. The doll had no eye lashes, lips weren't outlined, etc. Customer service offered no apologies but rather told me that I received the doll I ordered, even AFTER I sent pictures! They are only willing to give me a 10% refund. Total scam of a company!
I finally received the order today 1/11/22 which was placed on 11/40/21! The doll is horrible quality. It looks nothing like the advertisement or the picture of the doll that was ordered. They should be ashamed to sell such a poor quality item. Even the polish on the toe nails is horrible quality. It looks like someone poured hot sauce on the toes! Stay away from these scammers!!

RSG Dolls. Tell me, why do you have a Fictitious Chicago address on your Web Page? 3242 Kembery Drive, Chicago, IL is not a real address....I did a route in Chicago for 27 years and as soon as I saw that address, it worried me...... We did order a doll from you and was pleased with the quality...But concerned about so many red flags on your web page... The item ships from Shenzhen, China, not the U;S. It takes more than 7 days, because it has to go through Customs.... Yes, it Ships from the U.S.. once it gets to California.... My Advice, Be truthful on your Webpage.... It Ships from China, Your Address is Shenzhan China, Not Chicago and it may take more than 7 days, because of U.S. Customs.... I believe You are also taking photos of real Babies and not dolls.........All that said, you still have a good product, but need to be honest with your Many customers..... You could have a good business with five star reviews, but need to be honest....Hope this helps....
I want to cancel my order
I ordered 2 dolls for Christmas and do not have them still. It’s been over 2 weeks. I can’t get them to email me back. I went through PayPal and after reading all of this I’m trying to get my money back. I should have read the reviews first.
Hello I paid $90.00 for a doll and the BOX gift set plus a 7 piece outfit set and it took 1 1/2 months to get to me then when I seen it I was furious, all that money I spent on the damn doll and it didn't look nothing like the website and it was so cheaply made I could have gone to the dollar store to get one like that. I'm extremely upset at the company for trying to rob people for their money which we work hard for. I surprised someone hasn't shut them down already. So please people DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY'RE SCAMMERS
These dolls are absolutely garbage , you’d be better getting one at a dollar store . Not worth buying from them , total scam site !!
I ordered one of their dolls and sadly I realized when it came in the mail it was too good to be true. A $60 doll looked so cheap. Not realistic looking at all. I am in the process of sending it back for a refund. But the other reviews don’t make it look so promising.
Rsg is a scam sent out wrong dolls and is making me to pay for the return of the dolls to china I have email proof of how horrible customer service is.
RSGdolls is a scam site, I found out the hard way. I ordered 11/12/21 for my Granddaughters birthday 11/28/21. Never recieved anything! No phone # for this scam co. When I sent emails, they sent the exact same email, wrong tracking # etc. A few times. When they did reply, it was the exact, same email, with the exact same lies, and misinformation. Im looking into how to file a complaint with law inforcement/FBI.
The doll is hideous and I demanded a refund. The sent an email offering a 20.00 dollar refund and suggested I buy the doll clothes to make it look better. A complete disgrace to take parents hard earned money into a utterly complete lie scam. They should be ashamed of themselves. I am disgusted by this company dishonesty and unapologetic behavior toward their consumers.

I just got my doll also. I want to send back for a refund. They have been conversing back and forth but they are not trying to give me a refund. The hair on the doll is cheap like dollar store doll hair. There are bald spots. The face is not the same and they say it is the same one I ordered. They are a scam site and they lie just to get your money. I paid by PayPal and I hope that they are able to help me get my money back. It is not worth the money. You can get a doll similar to this in Walmart for so much cheaper. Buyer beware. Do not shop here. I wish I would have read comments first.

This website is a total SCAM. They steal pictures from real reborn websites and pass them off as their own products to lure unsuspecting people into buying their rubbish. What you receive is a cheap, nasty plastic doll with no resemblance to what you ordered and they have the cheek to say that these dolls are made to order!!
The doll that I received was cheap and nasty with the male part barely covered and I had wanted a girl. This doll was apparently made especially for me!!! You would find better in a pound shop or charity shop.

These dolls are nothing like they are advertised! The quality is very poor and very disappointing. They look nothing like the pictures. They are not soft and flexible like the website says and the outfits are terrible. I ordered 4 different dolls and the 2 that came are exactly the same.

The doll that was sent to me was not as advertised! The soft touch silicone is NOT the doll I received. I have a semi hard plastic doll. While I can tell she is hand painted the advertisement that you show is grossly misleading and you guys should be ashamed of yourself for charging families the price for these relatively generic dolls! While sharing the truth of your business on Facebook, I have been silenced which just goes to show type of business you are. I will continue to leave negative reviews on any website I can review. Your business strategy is disgusting misleading and unfair to be honest it is an out right scam!
DO NOT BUY from RSG Dolls. My daughter waited over a month for her dolls to arrive and was disappointed as it didn't look like what it was advertised! VERY DISAPPOINTING purchase! I bought the twin dolls. I should have spent that money buying a kmart doll! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! It's a scam! There is a youtube video made about this scam! Definitely not as advertised. Very disappointing as I could have bought a doll like this at the Dollar General or Walmart. Hard and not flexible and has a distinct smell of paint thinner or polyurethane around the dolls hair.

I received a different doll than i ordered..I can not find a way to return it.. my bank said the payment was sent international, the return address was from NJ I learned if they do not give/show you a phone no. for the company it is probably a scam..
This doll is not homemade and not realistic! It looks nothing like the website. I would be happy to share photos. This place is a huge scam and they don’t want to refund the money.
The dolls look nothing like the photos. They are not even dressed the same. They are really ugly and it says on the box no returns.
