What is Trunline .com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling various products like men's choice t-shirts, shirts, tops, suits, two piece suits, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Trunline / Syteloak is listed as one of the suspicious sites because of the following facts on its website:

Company Address:

The parent company’s name and address is provided on its Terms of Service and Contact Us pages as YINO: 4 Place Henri De Turenne, 66000 Perpignan France. First of all, this address is provided in a image format rather than directly writing on a website which is mostly done by scam sites so that no one can find their site when searching this address on Google. Secondly, this parent company name and address is found to be used by multiple problematic sites like Vicist, Hotnora, Jamthes, Rexzap, Suetour, Ziobook, Prozrp, Huiguru, Snapayn, Mootlist, Cruxoxo, GmClothes, Jimloak, Nexusmiu, Darloe, Averychic, Fashion-Guy, Shinyvava, Linenmia, Sungoly, Sunsetcrews, Olywman, Minteriy, Lechatsky, Mounw, Maesivo, JoenStores, Gethetry, Sequinow, Arnoldtops, Faneno, MvgWholesale, Vansney, Paturus, Rossendan, Bernadeten, Reginaldper, Isaacoo, BagsCoc, Keyboardss, etc. Hence, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

At the time of this review, it has provided its parent company name and address YINO: 4 Place Henri De Turenne, 66000 Perpignan France, however, in the future it may change its parent company name and address since similar types of sites did change their parent company names and addresses in the past.

Its email address i.e. syteloak@outlook .com is a free email address but not its domain specific one.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Its domain name i.e. Trunline .com and website name i.e. Syteloak are different but legit websites don’t put their website name differently than their domain name and the same website name is also mentioned on its policy pages instead of its domain name which occurs due to a copy-paste error of contents.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of products. It has stated that the return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

From all the aforementioned reasons, we can conclude that Trunline / Syteloak is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!
