I received a refund on the item I had ordered within an hour of the time I contacted Paypal about not having received the item in the timeframe Troile had shown on their website. I appreciate the prompt service on the refund. Thank you.
Did you purchase thru paypal? If so you can get your money back!! You just have to open a complaint in the resolution center and say if this is truce you did not receive your merchandise!!.. I bought somethin on June 20, 2022 baby formula and when i went to check my order later in day it said pending. But within 10 minutes of purchase my money was debited from paypal. OK I waited for a email confirmation the first day and then second day I got suspecious looked and there was no order placed it said on the site. Called # and sent a email to customer service NO RESPONSE. I opened a complaint with paypal stated did not get merchandise THEY CONTACTED company according to their email but within 24 hours my 74.34 was back to my credit card. IT is not too late to do this. DONT let them steal from you. ALWAYS use PAYPAL they are the best @ helping get your money. If no luck THEY give it back to you & then pursue on their own accord. Great service.
I have an open case with PayPal regarding this “website.” I tried to access that “website” a few moments ago and now it gives me a 404 error code, meaning the site has been removed.
scam. The address is residential, the phone number is disconnected wireless number, and the site is riddled with misspellings and poor grammar.
Troile.com is a total scam.

Definitely a fake website , that makes itself sound so legit. I also got ripped off of one called tekke. They both had same description of merchandise I was asking about. Website still up the other went off, I feel for the ones that are losing their money, because they believed It to be an Honest website .
They sent PayPal a fake tracking number that said my package was delivered, so PayPal denied my claim.. Talked with Post Office and they verified that the tracking number was not addressed to me. but to another person. So I had prove that it was never shipped or delivered . Dont recommend this site ever.
I bit on one of their items. They even sent a fake USPS tracking # showing item was delivered when confronted by PayPal, which I was glad I used. I am probably one of the lucky ones as I got my money back.
Fake. I placed an order and never received any confirmation emails, and the site login didn't work either. The Paypal transaction was jibberish and had nothing to do with the website or the product I had tried to order. Then, someone tried to access my Paypal account a couple hours after my transaction.
Fortunately Paypal has a good buyer protection policy so I was able to get a refund.
I ordered from Troile & lost $98.00.....DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!
This is important read my above message. If you went thru paypal you can get money back!! Also let your credit card company know this was a scam. You should be covered or threaten to stop using that card. It is not fair to be taken like that. I opened complaint on June 22 and was closed and paid back on June 23, 22 DONT let it go. Good luck too many people get taken and dont have that money to spend unless an item needed...A lesson learned. I should have known better I investigated frauds and scams for over 10 years & this seemed so legit till it stung me. I never gave up. As a past consumer investigator I wholeheartedly agree. Contact information appears disingenuous. No credit cards are accepted. Do banks apparently will not do business with them. Only accept PayPal. I found “fantastic” price on long term good storage items yet every other item they sell is womenswear. I would definitely take a pass. Oh, btw, the food item was nearly 300% less than suggested retail. That’s the biggest blue of them all. Yet again, Google accepts their ads. They know better.
THE PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM!! I TRIED AND PURCHASED SOMETHING THRU THERE FOR MY KIDS AND BRFORE LONG I WAS SOMETHING ODD WHEN AFTER PAID SOME STRANGE ASAIN NAME CAME UP? SO I TRIED CALLING THERE NUMBER THEY HAVE AND ITS A CELL PHONE!!! SO I TEXT THEM AND THAT PERSON SAID HIS NUMBER WAS BREACHED.. BUT I ALREADY CALLED BAND AND FILED WITH POLICE! SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!!!
Total scam. Was able to get a refund on a purchase made via PayPal through their dispute resolution protocol at least.
