What is Trezca.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling clothing products like casual dresses, tees, blouses, cami and tanks, two piece sets, sweatshirts, dresses, loungewear, sweaters, cardigans, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Trezca is classified as one of the suspicious site due to the following reasons:

Company Address:

It has provided its parent company’s name and address as XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD: 145-157 ST.JOHN STREET, LONDON, ENGLAND, EC1V 4PW. However, there is no any business with the name XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD or Trezca that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps, instead, there is another business with the name Safeguard Mortgages Limited has been mentioned on/around this address on Google Maps. Not only that but it has provided the screenshot of this parent company name and address than directly writing on its website which is mostly done by scam site when they copy-paste the address of some other company so that no one can find their site by searching this address on Google Maps. On top of that, you can find other sites are also using the same parent company name such as Oasnera, Albetti, Cholith, Syltia, Hoseill, Vanlvis, Yvowis, Crofie, Abenyo, Bealiet, Bartiar, Locilia, Phyllin, Mellith, JokulMart, Duabeth, Leopone, Bartlia, Zerbar, Fairymin, Leotina, Gavlina, Lolipopn, Darnore, Loashion, SimonBuysArcoho, Dolorky, SkyComeNow, Gruyre, OnlyForShop, and so on. Hence, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Its email address i.e. trezca@atotmail.com is not related to its domain name.

Security of the website:

It has provided fake trust seal logo of McAfee on its Checkout page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling the products at an unrealistic discounted prices that only the problematic sites can afford to offer.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this online store has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing. Lots of content as well as website themes match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

Its Return/Exchange Policy is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items purchased from them. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Summing up all the aforementioned facts, it can be concluded that Trezca is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

This company is a total scam! I unfortunately bought some dresses from this company. Their sizing charts are way off. When I received the clothing it was way to big and did not fit like what was pictured on their sit. The fabric was like a stretchy swimsuit material and was see through. They offered me a $20 refund even though I spent $144. After many emails back and forth they are offering $77 and I need to return the product before I would receive my refund. They will not pay for return shipping. The return address is in Dubai. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are unhelpful and the products are horrible!

Trezca! Beware! Fraudulent company using deceptive methods to make you believe to be receiving decent merchandise. First of all, it took 2 months for my package to arrive. They pretend to be shipping from the US, but have only distribution centers here. They answer questions very vaguely with grammatical errors. They charged my card at the time of order. Secondly, the items received did not look like anything as pictured online. The fabric is of very poor quality, very thin and stretchy. Patterns/ colors do not look the same as in the pictures. There was no packaging slip in the pouch. As per their return/refund guidelines you must obtain approval for return first before they give you a return address. Slow turnaround for email communication as they are located somewhere in Asia, but pretend to be operating out of the US. They requested pictures of the clothing to determine a valid return. As all items were unused and in plastic with original tags, they offered me a $20 refund for all items which is 1/6 of the price I paid. There are plenty of online ads for these e-commerce companies that basically offer same or similar items. All their reviews are 5-star and basically say the same things. I would assume that all of these reviews are fake. They need to be reported to authorities. Do not buy from e-commerce sites like this!
