What is Toplula.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling different women's clothing and fashion stuffs. Further, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Toplula as one of the not recommended sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

It has mentioned its parent company’s name and address in its Contact Us details of Marul Company Limited: Hamilton House, Mabledon Place, London, England, WC1H 9BB and that is also by taking a screenshot of the address instead of directly writing the address on its website. Normally, the scam sites provide their company’s address in that way so that no one can find them by searching on Google. Besides, this address has been used by several other sites like Hairmallusa, Lilader, Nawhay, NaturalLettuce, Supiur, FallDaisy, LivestLove, Hapjih, LalaShop, Fitshall, HairPinet, NinaGirlTotrye, Yoweenton, Generatam, Nikicik, Brookpearl, Peekdress, WekeekGracefullysDoriscloth, Pierrebuy and so on. A legit company never provide such address which multiple sites are using instead it shall provide its own registered company address. We think this kind of evidences are far enough to prove that its is yet another scam site trying to confuse people to scam them.

The email address it has provided i.e. toplulaservice@hotmail.com is also a free email address but not the domain specific one.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing. Lots of content provided on the website as well as the website theme matches with the other similar type of suspicious and problematic sites.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is providing unreasonable discount and sales offers on its lots of products which seems unrealistic and too good to be true. Hence most of the scam sites adopt this kind of strategy to attract people in their website.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and bogus to be eligible for the return and exchange of products. It may even makes its customers pay for the return shipping fees showing multiple reasons. It is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

From all the above mentioned facts, it is clear that Toplula is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

  1. I placed an order an order May 1 and its now June 27. The order was to be a gift for a friend. I reached out via email to Toplula and inquired where is my order and the excuse was that its late due to COVID shipping which is ridiculous, as I have placed numerous international orders and receive them at the latest to 10 days. Buyer beware as there is something dishonest about this business.

  2. I ordered something well over 3 weeks ago, then emailed them to cancel my order and request a refund, and they created a shipping label and stated they could not cancel my order and issue a refund since they already supposedly "shipped out" my items. I checked the USPS tracking and they only created the label. Items haven't even been handed over TO the postal office to ship out. Absolutely a scam!! DO NOT SHOP AT TOPLULA!!!!

  3. I just ordered something 2 weeks ago and I haven’t even received an email confirmation but yes they took my money! ??

  4. Thanks for sharing such important information, I’ve been targeted by 4 different stores with the exact same website and information, just different name: Kalicity, Namicloth, Toplula and I forgot the fourth one. I even found errors in one of the website. I even sent an email very curious about this because it had every part of a scam, and the email wasn’t even delivered. Sharing this here in case more people have the same.
