Let’s tell you the reality of Tianano through our Tianano review as below from which you will have a clarity either a Tianano .com scam or a trustworthy company to deal with.

Tianano is considered as a scam site due to the following reasons:

  • Its parent company name “HARIO TRADING CO., LIMITED” is found to be used by multiple scam and problematic sites. Although it has provided its parent company name as HARIO TRADING CO., LIMITED, but it may change its parent company name and address in the future since lots of similar kinds of sites are found to be doing so.
  • It has listed lots of products on sale at unrealistic cheap rates which is almost impossible for any legit stores to offer even on Black Friday or Cyber Monday, such as it is selling these products at unrealistic cheap rates - Electric outdoor bike with 48V / 15AH battery, Electric folding bike with 48V/13.4AH battery, Folding Table Work Bench, etc.

In your case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Explain to them everything. You should also get a copy of the information for the tracking number from a post office that clearly shows the address where the item has been delivered and the weight of the item, which will definitely have less weight than the item you order. Show these details to the bank, credit card company, or PayPal. People who had provided this information to the bank, credit card company or PayPal, most of them have got a full refund with the help of a bank, credit card company, or PayPal.

      Good Luck!

Might as well add my name to the list of rubes. I knew it could not possibly be legit. The web sight was on point, and a friend had shown me a similar "one day only" add for an e-bike from Big Lots a couple days prior, so I bit the hook. Why I didn't research the company first is beyond me. I
