We’ve labeled TheCozyBeat as a dubious online store because of these reasons:

Contact Information:

TheCozyBeat fails to disclose its company's address, which reputable companies typically include on their websites. This suggests an attempt to conceal information, leading us to conclude that the site lacks professionalism and cannot be relied upon for online shopping.

Discount and Sales Offers:

The Cozy Beat is promoting its products with substantial discount offers, a common tactic used by fraudulent websites to entice unsuspecting customers. It is important to exercise caution when encountering such deals to avoid potential scams.

Copied Content:

CozyBeat.com theme and lots of other details provided on its website match with multiple problematic sites such as Innovativehomeofficial, Fuzefly, TheGlowyOfficial, Thebedloverz, FluffyWorldOfficial, etc.

Social Media Presence:

The absence of a social media icon that directs to its business-related social media page is noteworthy. It is uncommon for legitimate online stores to omit such icons, which usually provide customers with links to their social media profiles, pages, or groups. This may suggest that the store does not maintain a presence on social media.

Refund Policy:

The Refund Policy of CozyBeat states that "Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards." However, the website has its all products listed for sale. This policy suggests that the website is not a refund-friendly store and may not be the best option for those seeking flexible return options.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The quality of service provided by comparable online stores has been brought into question due to customer grievances regarding delayed deliveries, inadequate customer support, and unsatisfactory after-sales services. These issues have raised concerns about the reliability and trustworthiness of such stores.

  1. Contact the Seller: If you feel sites like TheCozyBeat is going to scam you, then contact them and ask them what’s going on. Also, stay relaxed.
  2. Keep records of everything: Write down all the info about your order, save chats with the seller, like pictures, emails, and order confirmations.
  3. If you didn’t get your stuff, then:
    • You should contact your bank or credit card company, so that you can ask them to help you to get a refund.
    • If you had used PayPal, then reach out to PayPal support and start a dispute to get your money back.
  4. If you got the wrong or bad stuff, then:
    • Get the postal service’s tracking info. Since, it might be a proof to show a different item’s weight delivered on the given address.
    • Show this proof to your bank, credit card company, or PayPal, since people have gotten full refunds this way.
  5. Report to Authorities: If some sites scam you, then report them to relevant authorities, such as the BBBFBIFTC, etc. or your country’s consumer protection agency.

  1. Search About the Store: Before you buy, try to find out the reality of online store. Firstly, check for reviews, ratings, and what customers say. Furthermore, check given contact info, since real businesses have a real address and contact info. Scams may have fake or none.
  2. Make Sure the Website is Safe:
    • Look for “https://” in the web address. Additionally, look for trust seals like Norton, McAfee and so on, because scam online stores either don’t provide trust seals or provide the fake ones.
    • So, click on trust seals to check if they’re real. Since, real ones take you to official pages, fake ones send you to random pages or are not clickable.
  3. Watch out for deals that seem too good: Scam online stores use super discount prices to trick you. So, compare prices with trusted stores to be sure.
  4. Before you buy, look at the refund rules: Be careful if the refund rules of the store like TheCozyBeat are confusing or too strict. So, check what the store says about refunds.
  5. Use Safe Payment Methods: Stick to popular and safe payment methods, such as credit cards or PayPal. In contrast, be highly suspicious of stores that only accept payment forms like gift cards, wire transfers, etc.
  6. Use Strong passwords: Use unique, hard-to-guess passwords for your payment accounts. Moreover, add two-factor authentication for extra safety.
  7. Watch for Phishing Attempts: Be cautious of emails from unknown senders with links. So, check the link before clicking it. Moreover, look at the website’s URL to make sure it’s not fake and related to the website name.
  8. Be Careful with Your Personal info: Avoid online stores asking for too much personal info.

What are the possible ways to encounter with doubtful sites like TheCozyBeat?

You may spot doubtful sites like TheCozyBeat in following ways:

4. Online Marketplaces:

Most online marketplaces are real, but scammers can make fake seller profiles to sell bad stuff. Before buying on places like Amazon or eBay, look at what other buyers say about the seller.

5. Pop-Up Ads:

Be careful with pop-up ads when you’re on websites. Since, some of them might take you to fake online stores or make you download viruses.

6. Fake Mobile Apps:

Be cautious when you download and use apps. Because, scammers can make fake ones that look like popular apps. They want your personal or payment info.

7. Unexpected Calls:

Scammers can call, pretending to be from famous companies, and ask for your personal or payment info. So, always make sure they’re who they say they are before sharing anything.

  15. Total scam! But the covers that others mention don’t arrive. I bought from Colombia. The page said that the products are from a factory in Colombia. Same modus operandi, they answer the first e-mail, you will receive your package next week, and the next e-mails don’t. Don’t buy and if you already did, call your bank, report the fraud and order non-payment.

  16. Placed my order on 18/4/23. Kept checking tracking app. Said it was delivered on the 2/5/23. Have not received my order. Have sent numerous emails with no reply back. Order 1 comforter. Payed $35 AUS. Like everyone else, I’ve been scammed.

Please do not fall for this.

  21. SCAM!

Do not fall for this scam, this business is disreputable!

I placed and order in good faith. To my dismay CozyBeats did not deliver and have promised delivery within 7 days of my query. They have not delivered and refuse to respond to my emails requesting a refund.

Please do not fall for this.

    1. Paid for an item but have nothing!! Ordered 1st May and have emailed and no reply. Will be contacting back to see if i can get money back
What a scam and facebook should be more vigilant with sites like this

  23. A total scam, I ordered one set of comforter on late March, I got my gasket patches also yesterday, which came from Uzbekistan. It started its journey from China to Lithuania? and came from Uzbekistan. This shitty patches travelled more country than me for 25 dollars and 55 TL. I asked for a refund, if they return to my e mails.

  24. SCAM!! Order 3 comforter sets to AUS via a FB advertisement and today was delivered 4 small patches!!

    1. Will be calling the bank to get my money back. What a shame the products looked so comfortable. Never received anything not even the bandages some of you got lol.

  25. I also ordered and paid for. After 20 emails back and fourth still nothing has been received. I will definitely be letting everyone know this is a scam outfit. Illegal advertising and should be removed off Facebook.
Angry doesn't even touch the sides.

  26. The Cozy Beat is a total scam! I ordered two comforters from them almost 2 months ago and have had no communication with them. I didn’t actually order two they ordered me two. I have sent numerous emails to them and keep wetting the run around. They keep saying they should be there this week. I don’t how many more times I can hear this. So I tried to get a refund. Now I don’t hear fro. Then at all! Sorry we all got Duped!

    1. Also in AU. I bit annoyed reading all of these. I got mine from a add in fb, they shouldn't allow these. I just started looking into it today as i haven't heard a thing. Looking at these i probably wont get anything or i will get bandages. I usually look into these too but it just looked so comfy. Imagine the money they make ripping us all off like this. Hoping they cannot do more with our credit card number.

  27. Cozybeat is a deception, don't be fooled, I also ordered a plaid, waited 20 days and they brought me a package of 4 patches

  28. It's a scam. I also recieved a package of bandages instead of promised blankets. Don't fall for this.

    1. Good to know. After waiting a while past the so-called 4-6day shipping/delivery claim, I became suspicious of the tracking details of which seemed ambiguous and dated back in January. The purchase was made in April! No reply to my email enquiry and then today came home to find the tiniest package of yes, the four bandages. Sickening. My kids, for whom I made the purchase, were straight onto it being a scam! Sad really. $47 down the drain. The ad popped up on instagram and they were looking forward to their fluffy bed covers. I wasn’t expecting anything top class for the price, but I certainly wasn’t expecting these sticky bandaids. Yuck. Even one of my dismayed kids said they'd be too small for the bed.
They have the last laugh for now. Hope they get caught.

  29. Wow, almost bought today. So glad I read this. I've been scammed before buying work boots that never arrived. Thanks for all the posts. Would love these crims to be prosecuted!

  30. Did anyone pick up on the terms and conditions where it says
"In the event that your item(s) are unavailable for immediate despatch, we remove the pre-authorisation from your payment method and reach out to you via email or telephone."
    That sounds very dodgy.
Also whether you but single or surfing its the same price.
Lastly how the hell can they deliver something this size to a po box address?

    REALLY ?????

  31. I also spent $150 with this company, $99 US , and after nearly 3 weeks waiting , received a pack of 4 bandaids today, or maybe blackhead pads.

  32. Emailed to no response, I'm so mad about this, I just want my money back and to cancel the order. I'm so angry. do not order from these people! Scammers

  33. I have also ordered and paid for a comforter set 13 days ago my tracking number when entered cannot be found feeling like I’ve been scammed yes it wasn’t a lot of money but that’s not the point feeling so disappointed

  34. Total scam my friend is out of pocket and tracking number doesn't work. No one replying.lets see if she get bandages

  35. Been emailing cozybeat but no reply
I don’t recommend anyone ordering from cozybeat , golddreams , they are both scamming companies and they have exactly same outline for thier ordering !!! Scam scam scam

  36. It's a scam, yes. As mentioned by another user, I also received a package of bandages instead of the promised blankets. I'm trying to contact my bank to get refunds.

  37. I was about to order.. but Thanks to info gained on Google and scam searching and above reviews from others...I did not order. I'm lucky not to have ordered

  38. I’ve put in 3 orders through cozybeat. I’m able to track my order through aftership. I’ve been sending and receiving emails to and from Cozybeat. I asked for a refund on my insured shipping because my package has been in transit for 2 weeks now and insured shipping is transit within 3/4 working days. I really hope this isn’t a scam cause it’s a birthday presents for my grandparents. I ordered from South Africa and so far I’ve received a response to each of my emails.

  39. it's a scam! I ordered a comforter set weeks ago only to receive a pack of 6 bandages today!!
I've been trying to get a hold of someone but to no avail.

  40. it's a scam! I ordered a comforter set weeks ago only to receive a pack of 6 bandages today!!
I've been trying to get a hold of someone but to no avail.

  41. Wish I knew this before I put order in , as I send in order payment which wasn’t much but then to find out that the tracking number didn’t exist .

  42. When I entered my details, it said items shipped from their Australian depot. Their phone number starts with 39 which is the prefix for Italy. Too many inconsistencies for my liking

  43. I live in New Zealand. When I typed in my details and it said shipping was between 4-6 business days and was free I started to believe this was a scam website. Most online items I buy from other countries have shipping around $15-$30, depending on the size. Free shipping to New Zealand at that speed would be uneconomical.
