I have had a similar experience with Stockinx. What I ordered is not what I received. The description was not not in any way what I received and I paid good money for junk. All attempts at trying to fix this situation have gotten me nowhere. They have scammed me out of $89. It's shameful and I will be much more careful in the future. I'm an experienced shopper but I got caught up in the holiday spirit and got scammed!!

I purchased 3 statues, what a joke... that do not even look close to the picture. 8 imitation tiki torches and 3 of the constellation globes that shine the stars while lighting up the room. The SO CALLED statues stand 4 ft tall max. They were almost 50 dollars each and they are nothing but cut up coke cans..... THAT DO NOT EVEN WORK!!!!! The picture looks like a dinosaur skeleton or something cool anyways. Not a bent circle that's wired together with cans. The only thing STEEL about them is the 2 foot pole that sticks into the ground. Mine are porch art. The neighborhood dogs would make a snack out of them. The globes, constellations light Ball, whatever.... is in pieces. The instructions are in Chinese. I bought 3 of those as well. I spent almost 300 dollars for MAYBE 10 dollars of stuff..... The lanterns, tiki torches, they are 2 foot tall and stay on a max of 10 minutes. They do not look like flickering flames either. I tried to stake them in the ground and some of them broke. SOFT GROUND at that.... so, they are on my porch as well. The constellation things are still in their packaging since I am from Texas and OBVIOUSLY don't read or speak any language aside from Texan.... which brings me to my last complaint.... why did it take 2 months to ship me stuff when the company is 4 hours away?????
I seriously do not understand how people get away with this kind of crap and I don't know how this company, and ones like it, can consciously SCAM PEOPLE OVER without a care in the world. The worst part is.... they get away with it. Usually. I am not the type of woman to just let this go. THEY WILL NOT LIKE ME BEFORE THIS IS OVER WITH!!!!
This company is awful and not just an awful product but awful results trying to get my money back. Stay away!!!!!
Stockinx is a total scam out of China! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Their items are total trash. They are not what you see in the pictures.

I ordered prelit garland from them
On November 8, 2021 - I started suspecting it was a slam about 3 weeks later so I immediately reported it through my PayPal and requested a refund, and they got away with it by providing PayPal a fake tracking number stating that it was delivered, but it never was. Such a shame…never trust a Facebook or Instagram ad…
Sorry I ordered 2 prelit Christmas wreaths that finally arrived today. Guess what NO lights! After I started payment plan I saw it was actually a company in China. Since I did receive an email response b4 about shipping I will wait until I they respond b4 starting claim for refund. So yes I did get something and it's ok but not what I ordered. I told them in email I would warn the world about them!
I think I have been scammed too! I found the Stockinx site in Facebook and ordered garlands on 11/23. I got a tracking number from support@pengyintec.com but no tracking information. Facebook allows scammers to sell bogus items on their site.
I ordered Christmas wreath and garlands from Stockinx on November 23 and has not receive anything as yet! I kept getting a notification "items delivered" and nothing is received! There is no phone number to call the company and I keep receiving the same email notification whenever I emailed customer services. I reported it to my credit card and hope they don't get away with this!

I ordered the pre-lit Christmas wreath, sconces, and garland. Said Made in America. It took 6 weeks to get here from China. It was not pre-lit and was cheap plastic crap half the size of the advertised dimensions. If your order has not come yet CANCEL IMMEDIATELY. The website looked so legit with pictures and guarantees of the made in America factory. Cannot believe I fell for it.
Ordered on Stockinx for Christmas wreathes never delivered, bogus delivery notice to Bank of America, they won’t reimburse because of “delivery notice complete”

Received this joke of a cardboard kinetic art that is NOT EVEN. CLOSE TO WHAT AND HOW IT WAS ADVERTISED. ITS CHEAP. ITS PAPER MOT WOOD. IT IS 10% OF THE SIZS THEY SHOWED. WHAT A SCAM. AVOID!!!!
Product was received (after long shipping delay). However, the product did not match in size to what was shown (roughly 50% size of what was expected). Pictures shown are not what was received. When I asked for a refund, they tried to come back with 10% and not having to return. When that was declined they came back with offering 20% and not having to return. They have yet to answer my question of how to get a full refund (with returning the product), nor do I know if I would actually receive the refund they promised. A legitimate company would not act this way. It is definitely a scam.
Total scam! I ordered holiday garland, wreath, etc. Received status that items shipped. They did NOT! Tracking number isn’t legit. Checked with both FedEX and UPS. Contacted site numerous times via email with no response. Do NOT purchase from this site!

ordered from this website and never saw any merchandise. was going to use for Christmas gifts. looks like they definitely got away with scamming me.
It’ll be in a crushed package from China with no instruction and the flimsy woods prices will be broken in several places. The sculpture pictured is the size of 24 inches in diameter. They will send a sculpture not assembled about six inches in size. Very disappointed.
The product they advertise is really cool and if it was legit would make a profit legitimately! Too bad, so sad I didn't check it out before I ordered. Won't happen again, or it might. But it sure does sting.
I ordered a grapevine fall wreath with a pan old truck on it. The picture showed that it covered the upper part of a door. I paid $33 + for this door wreath. I got it today and it was a picture of the wreath on a piece of acrylic about the size of an 8x10 picture. I am totally disgusted and I am going to contact my credit card and dispute this charge. What a fraud!
