Shinnestar complaints Shinnestar fake or real Shinnestar legit or fraud | De Reviews

So let’s start with the Shinnestar review:

Shinnestar online shopping store which is selling different products under different categories like tools, tosy, best-selling and few such products are like electric branch scissors, canvas casual shoes men board shoes, 2020 F-22 raptor jet remote control aircraft, fabric raised planting bed- just unfold fill and grow, RC remote control aircraft, arch support medium heeled casual sandals and slippers (two way to wear), self-watering plant glass bulbs, 6 pcs/set stretch and fit-silicone stretch lids, 5-pack plant hangers with 5 hooks, different tiers, handmade cotton rope, sprinkle splash water play mat for 1-12 year old girls boys, dinosaur hand puppet gloves so on. Further, there are so many things you must know about Shinnestar before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Shinnestar as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address and contact phone number of Shinnestar has not provided in its About Us or Contact Us pages. Further, the parent company’s name and address provided by Shinnestar on its Terms of Services page is of QANDIES LIMITED: 617, Crown House North Circular Road, London, England, NW10 7PN and that is also by taking a screenshot of the company’s name instead of directly writing the company’s name on its website so that no one can find them by searching on Google.

However there are several other suspicious and problematic websites which are operating under QANDIES LIMITED such as Lookshepretty, Gooddealsus, FairySeason, Coolvava, Chicmet, AllinAllinTop, Wullent, OneDayBest, LulusDay, Mixurfuncom, Moslyna, Caserhard, CozyroomoTop, SweteLove, OnlinemallStore, Chiclando, Cmosnap, Sminbuy, Tipetapeco, Lorencona, Biutiflow, Gmdsr, Godvshopworld, Honwinmall, Mopromodeals, WoowLish, Gopobuy, Oakbayshop, BroGrowShop, Cancherry, Seniorgghome, BangBangGadgets, Beulife, Chiclila, Molyday, FastShipTool, TopeStore, BlongDays, HolaTrends, PearlFeet, KusouBuy, BulkggDeals, AllNowTrendy, ModiTown, Chicboho, Kurro, SuperTime and so on. So, we strictly don’t recommend Shinnestar for any kind of online shopping because it has provided the address which the other problematic and suspicious sites are also using but not the separated one.

Likewise, the contact email address of Shinnestar: malekesmcgnkk@kokoerp.com is very much similar to the email address of multiple suspicious sites using @kokoerp.com email address such as PuddingWord, UtbabyToy, Cargadgetss, Laughingya, Zhousomeone, Ductsin , Youyadian, BuyMyBestItem, DallasShoes1, GottaBuy, Gooddealsus, Cozycomfygoody, Luckyrockey, Ramwe and so on since these sites are also using @kokoerp.com ”email address. Another email address it has provided i.e. naydineavhdygh@gmail.com also a free email address but not its domain specific one. Another email address it has provided i.e. jeylanmyyise@gmail.com is also a free email address but not the domain specific one.

Security of the Website:

The trust seal logos of VeriSign, McAfee, Norton and so on provided by Shinnestar at few product detail pages of its website are fake because they are not clickable. However, the real trust seal logos should be clickable so that we can click on them which should send us to the official verification webpage of respective trust seal providers to verify those trust seals. On top of that, the VeriSign logo has not been used since 2012. The Norton Secured logo is the legitimate seal provided by the same company now, VeriSign no longer issues SSL certificates so there is no longer a valid VeriSign site seal. So, there is no point in providing both VeriSign and Norton logos on the same website. Mostly scam sites provide such fake trust seal logos which makes Shinnestar a very suspicious and unprofessional website as well as an unsecured website. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Copied Content:

Lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites like Shinnestar.

Discount and Sales offers:

Shinnestar is selling lots of products on unrealistically cheaper prices which is too good to be true and hence only the scam companies can afford to offer but cannot be provided by any genuine company.

Returns and Exchange:

Shinnestar has a Return/Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and bogus which says your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. It is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Support and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to Shinnestar is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites. Shinnestar may cheat the buyers by sending the fake or very cheap quality products which is lesser the value of the product and other than what it advertises on its website.

Our Final Verdict:

Above are some of the realities we have shown you after our research on how Shinnestar and similar type of companies are doing their business and how they are scamming the people.

Nevertheless, we have come up with the conclusion that Shinnestar is one of the scam websites and we do not recommend it because they seem to be cheating their customers very smartly. We recommend you not to make any purchases from this website because either they will not deliver you the product or will deliver such a quality product that is not worth your purchase value.

Hence we recommend you to cross-verify about Shinnestar to find out if it’s a scam or a legit company. I Paid Shinnestar $75 for 3x Electric branch scissors, (ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK). I received 3 pairs of cheap hand operated pruners (no brand name and in cheap packing. (Better quality things could be brought on ebay for £3.75 each). After many messages back and forth I was offered $25 refund to keep what they had sent me and told that I would have to return them back to China otherwise and pay postage, before I would get a refund, although they came from West Drayton (England). I paid through PayPal so I contacted PayPal and they have taken over from me to sort it out. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
