What is Sheoun .com?

It is an online shopping store which is claiming to sell various products as listed above. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Sheoun is classified as one of the doubtful sites as per the following facts:

Contact Information:

Its parent company name "Bin Estrella GmbH", which is provided on its "CONTACT US" and "TERMS OF SERVICE" pages, is found to be used by multiple scam and problematic sites such as Insdance, Vivianea, Qouwaguu, Shienmall, Wintertc, etc.

Although it has provided its parent company name as Bin Estrella GmbH, but it may change its parent company name and address in the future since lots of similar kinds of sites are found to be doing so.

Discount and Sales Offers:

Sheoun has listed lots of products on sale at cheap rates. Mostly scam sites are found to be offering such kind of discounts to attract people into their scam.

Return and Exchange:

Its Refund Policy is found to be very unrealistic to offer any kind of return and exchange of items to its customers. It has stated that “You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.” Hence, we have found this kind of online store hardly make any returns and exchanges in any conditions. So, it is almost impossible to get the full or even a partial payment back from these kinds of online stores due to their confusing returning and/or exchanging provisions.

Our Final Verdict:

On the basis of aforesaid facts, it can be concluded that Sheoun is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

NOTE: These kinds of sites are found to be changing their website name as well as whole content of their website from time to time. So, the above review is based on the details provided on its website on aforementioned date. If you find any other details than what we have provided on this review later, then that means this online store has changed its details. However, that still makes it a suspicious site.

Good Luck !

THEY ARE DEFINITELY A SCAM COMPANY. The RCMP in Canada have a file on them and also on a copy-cat company called Leseerle from Doublin...same products that you never receive. We ordered an electric scooter; they sent us a pair of sunglasses! A MINER mistake in shipping. Return the glasses and we will send you the correct package! No such luck. Told to forget getting the money back, won't happen! Nice people. How can you resist buying into their scam. No matter what you get, after waiting a long time, is sunglasses - cheap ones. The second-hand stores are getting them all the time...we are in Canada but it is happening all over the USA as well. When you complain you get ZENDESK, FROM CALIFORNIA. THEY SEEM TO BE UP TO THEIR NECK IN THIS SCAM AS WELL. THEY LIE LIKE THE DARK SIDE ALWAYS DOES. DO NOT DEAL WITH ANYONE AT THESE PLACES. A relative of mine ordered around $3000 worth of clothes and other odds and ends and got all kind of weird things that they did not order. A shipping order mistake! How dumb do they think we are! Once bit, forever be aware. Hope this helps you seeking in on them.

  2. ordered from the Feb 15th and never received. Calling my bank to get a refund. Do NOT trust!!!

Good luck...very few get money back! I guess we have all learned a lesson the hard way. I will
be much more aware on future purchases! Check scam companies thoroughly first! We thought the price was too good to be true...and it wasn't!

SHEOUN is a scam - if you ordered something, contact your credit card company to dispute the charges immediately and you'll get your money back. If you are "thinking" of ordering, don't do it!!!

Oh man, I wish I would have seen this site before purchasing from Sheoun. I unfortunately have to add to this current pile of not received orders. Same deal as everyone else, saw ad, ordered suit, waited for a month and a half, said delivered but of course no package. I was hoping it wasn't too good to be true but just in case I used a pre-paid gift visa card instead of my own credit card and I'm glad I did. I'm only out $40 so not a big deal but definitely annoyed that these sites get away with it. I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB in the morning just so they're at least on the radar.

Add me to the list of scammed folks. I received all the same excuses as the folks above - package showed delivered, check with my family and neighbors, etc. I asked which shipping company they use in Canada so I can check directly with that company. Their response? The United States Postal Service. Good try folks. I have already received the funds back from my credit card for this purchase. How is this working for them?

Same here. Ordered a month ago, received "tracking number", said it was delivered and surprise... Nada.

Will have to look at contacting our credit card company regarding these charges. Shame on me, it was too good to be true.

Like the other posts. I was lured into the Facebook ad with fabulous 80’s ski suits. I placed 2 orders and optimistically hoped this was not a scam. I followed the shipping details closely as they shipped out thru China. Their FB claimed shipping was 5-10 days. Their FB keeps deleting posts and comments. After a month, shipping changed saying one delivered and the other was out for delivery. Both packages state delivered at 2 separate times. No one rang to get buzzed into the building and zero packages were left. Their email response back was the packages were delivered and to check with family and neighbors to see if they took them in.
I am calling my credit card company now.
DO NOT order from this company.

  12. I’d say Sheoun is a scam. After seeing a Facebook ad for ridiculously cheap ski suits. I ordered from them and never received my order, despite the tracking # for China Post saying it was delivered and their customer service email communication claiming it was. We were home all day on the supposed date of delivery and we live in a 24/7 guard gated community so we’ve never had a problem with any package thefts so I know that is not what happened. Thought the price was too good to be true, and now will dispute charge through the credit card company.

I ordered 2 heavily discounted ski suits and paid extra for fast shipping. It has been over a month since ordering. I received an email from them regarding the items being shipped along with a tracking number from China Post. I’ve been tracking for over a month now and the last update was 2 days ago saying that the items were out for delivery. Needless to say, if an item is out for deli very, it should be delivered on said day. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges.

  14. DO NOT ORDER!! As above review says..I saw an ad for them on my Facebook page for heavily discounted one-piece ski suits, so i placed an order to canada. I did however get a tracking number on the sheoun account which says its now in canada but its been in "transit" now for 25 days and no update in 8 days so im guessing this is a scam as apparently shipping to canada takes 5-11 days.Ive contacted the facebook page repeatedly and the service contact email... no reply. I have raised an issue with my bank for fraud. I also just want to say the facebook page have massively scaled down its ads and deleted lots of the ski suit ones with 7k+ comments, lesson learnt!
Please dont order from them!! Save yourself the time and effort.

March 8, 2023: Unfortunately, I have to report this company for fraudulent activity. I saw an ad for them on my Facebook page for heavily discounted one-piece ski suits. I placed am order for 20 ski suits for our group on 15 Feb. and the items were never shipped despite the website claiming labels were created, etc. I did receive an unidentified necklace in around the expected delivery time, however, there was no packaging or invoice document indicating who shipped the item, nor who ordered the item, nor what company the item was purchased from. I contacted Sheoun via email (because they do not have a phone number) 3 times over the course of 8 days after the expected delivery time and received no response. I have now initiated a fraudulent charge case with my credit card company.
