These kinds of scam text messages claim your parcel has been held at a shipping centre and ask you to click the link. You should not click that link since that may infect your device. Those who will click the link, they will be sent to the website where they will be asked to pay €1.99. Never pay them anything and never ever provide your credit card information to them.
