I ordered an advertised 12ft Skeleton and paid them $88 dollars, and about 35 days later a 12in rubber skeleton arrived from CHINA. What a joke, it was 5 days passed the return policy. I would recommend that you look for another supplier. Because you don't know what you are going to get. A scam for sure!
This company steals your money
I ordered a 12’ foot tall Halloween skeleton and 2 months later received a tiny little cheap 8 INCH plastic look alike.
The advertisement is a 100% scam. I wish there was a way to expose these dirtbags and get them shut down but with the internet they will just change to another domain if ever shut down.
Russiuxell AKA Togethope AKA Distansacu Is not a legitimize company but scam artists. I ordered a 12 ft skeleton and got a hand size figurine. Their support said I must have read the advertisement wrong when I clearly had an email order from them stating it was for a 12 ft skeleton with a picture of a 12ft skeleton. Stay away !

Received my product today that I thought I ordered on 10/3. I ordered the 12ft Hell Skeleton. What I received was an 11in Hell Skeleton. Now I have to explain to my nephew and his kids they won't be seeing the real Hell Skeleton that I promised. Shame on me. I knew it was too good to be true.
Stay away from this one. Took me for $170 with fake ads and misleading product description. Will not respond to contact email. They will rob you and there is nothing you can do after you have order. Even paypal cant help you. Beware they only have dollar store items at 100 dollar prices. Very disappointed in myself for being taking by these dishonest people. Dont let them get you too.
I placed a order and paid for the express shipping and its been over a month and i still have not recieved my order. Everytime i contact them through text messaging i get the same excuse they try to blame it on covid-19. Also just remember these products are coming from Hong Kong where it does not list where these products are from. To me they are SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Plain and simple DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered a Halloween decoration on 10/3/21. They claim it has been delivered but USPS does not recognize the tracking number from CHINA! I will be contacting PayPal to have the charge of $99.99 reversed. They are scamming US buyers, so BEWARE!
I ordered 3 items in 2 separate transactions. I ordered the 12 foot skeleton , the 12 foot skeleton with a scary pumpkin head, and a 6 1/2 foot anamatronic pirate skeleton sitting on a barrel drinking from a liquor bottle. Each product was approximately $99.00 .It says on the website that this is from the U.S. but that is not true. I found out much later that this is definitely a China based company. October 2, 2021 was the Order date. I received a small mailing envelope with a smelly, sticky, rubber skeleton that I can hold in my hand. It does not stand up and couldn’t have cost more that 25 cents. Seemed like a joke. I didn’t receive the other 2 items but obviously they were also going to be a bait and switch. I have probably 20 emails back and forth where they tell me that what they sent me IS what I ordered. They are total scammers. The last email I received was offering to give me a 10% refund if I kept the crap they sent. They swear they looked over the ad meticulously and they are in the right. Total losers. I have opened 2 cases with PayPal. I’m waiting to get my money back. Don’t ever do business with Russiuxell.com. as they are thieves.
Ordered Halloween Solar Pumpkin Man for outside. Took approximately 1 month to receive. Finally received it, and it was a 8” replica of a much larger decoration I had ordered. Pretty much stuck with a small kid toy you can buy at $5 below. I paid $62.98 believing I was getting a much larger product. Check there website, you’ll see. Anyhow, do not do business with this company! Definitely a con job.
