What is Rtic-Outlet.com?

It is a shopping store that is misusing the brand name of RTIC by providing RTIC logo as its website name and selling RTIC products without being authorized seller for RTIC products. It is also not associated with RTIC company. Actually, there are so many other things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have classified Rtic-Outlet as one of the problematic sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

Its company’s address and contact phone number are not given on its website whereas legit companies always provide such information in their websites. This makes it clear it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for our online shopping destination.

Its email address i.e. rtic-outlet.service@gmail.com is a free email address but not its domain specific one.

Copied Content:

Lots of details provided on its website including its website design match with multiple scam sites like Rtic-Us, RticSale, etc.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling RTIC products at unrealistic heavy discount prices which is too good to be true that none of the legit sites can afford to offer.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Considering all the above mentioned facts, we can conclude that Rtic-Outlet is one of the scam websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

  1. A SCAM - unpaid through PayPal and they originally denied my claim. I called PP and spoke to a person, she was extremely kind and is now refunding my money!

  2. I was able to get my money back through PayPal. I had to appeal their initial ruling I then chatted with their bot and told them I wasn’t satisfied so then they had an actual human verify that the tracking number that was sent to me didn’t match my name or my address through the USPS they returned my money the next day.

Definitely a scam and neither FedEx or PayPal are of any assistance, I believe they are culpable thru their lack of response to the issue and their continued partnership with this vendor.

  4. Rtic outlet is definitely a scam and so is PayPal … when I followed up with PayPal to say I never received my order, PayPal says rtic outlet provided proof of delivery and it was up to me to disprove. Rtic outlet is non responsive and a liar!

  5. I though these would be blems or factory seconds but it is a scam. After paying with paypal I did not get a receipt or anything so I started researching it and saw it was a scam site. Paypal would not let me void the transaction so I had to file in the resolution center for "product not Received". The scammers somehow get tracking numbers for the same zip code and I received a notice that "Item was left in or at mail box". After going to the post office I found this was for a 3.2 oz piece not a 50 pound ice chest and it had been delivered to a bank in town. We are a small community so this was not hard to track down. Paypal sided with the seller because they provided a delivered notice with the tracking number from USPS. Paypal says it has an appeal option but it does not work, I had to call and file an appeal and was told someone would contact me within four days. This is mail fraud so I reported it to the USPS Investigative Services, if you've been scammed I encourage you to do the same. uspis .gov/report

Did any of you get your money back. PayPal and credit card refuse to refund since seller provided a tracking number saying it was delivered.

  7. I didn’t read comments in advance or checked the site and ordered today, I guess I’ll contact PayPal today

  8. I was scammed too. Said my items were delivered to Carrollton, MO but I live in Kansas City. Mad at myself because I’m usually careful with websites.

  9. Yes, it’s a scam. It happened to me too. When I disputed the charge, they provided my credit card company with a tracking number which said the item was delivered. I called usps to verify and was told it was delivered to another address. So yes, they used someone else’s tracking number

Definitely a scam. Used someone else’s tracking number to say my package was delivered. Had to fight for my refund. This website should be taken off line
